The corridor at metra hotel was smelly. Maybe due to bad ventilation maintenance.

The lights in front of my room level 5 was not working. Thus, walking to our room from the lift was quite intimidating. Maybe it broke on the day we arrive. On another note, the prices given on the page have some more additional charges when we confirm booking. The prices shown should include the additional charges as it would be more satisfying.

Breakfast was good. Variety choices of food from Malay cuisine, Chinese cuisine and Indian cuisine and western. There are also pastries and loaf bread. There are coffee machine and teh tarik machine and lots of juice fruits. I really love the hot bihun soup provided.

the place a little creepy. u have to ask for sejadah and no iron provided in the room. the iron room is creepy with the toilet is so dirty (i have to take water for ironing). i rarely meet anyone there even its weekend. and the lift is so slow

The aircon need to be fix properly as I am unable to switch it off. Plus the creaking of the door hinges need to be oiled. Its noisy when open close the door during the night

There are restaurant and shops below the hotel which was very convenient. The location was good too. Hotel was easy to get to and the view from the hotel window to outside was fantastic

• Upstairs room for Duplex a bit musty smell, have to turn on ventilation fan 24/7 for better air circulation. • Pillow abit thin • Upstairs aircon not so cold, red light blinking but maintenance came fast. • Water heater faulty on day 1. • Breakfast is inclusive but so-so. Better eat outside.

I booked Duplex Room & 1 BR apartment. toilets & rooms are huge. Great location in Ayer Keroh, close to Melaka Botanical Garden near MOTc Cafe Lepak Makan Santai & Old Town White Coffee at ground level Overall it exceeded my expectation

Breakfast is not much choices as compared to Ames Hotel. The 1 room apartment is not so well maintain, especially the floor and also the toilet.

Duplex unit is very good and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ample parking space.

make sure the ironing room has lights or allow customers to borrow the iron for a day/night.

affordable single unit apartment for a family of five, as we brought extra toto because the room only has 2 single beds. wanted to use the iron, but they have the ironing room. but when i went there, it was dark and no electric.. so took the iron to iron in my room and returned it after 1 hour. breakfast was at Ames Hotel, which was okay. only that the ambience of the hotel is very quiet (and a bit spooky) and only 2 shops were opened.

Room is situated in a huge apartment building with open walkway. Room was old with stained floor mouldy toilet, broken beds, noisy air con, but it works. Hot water available.

Chose this location to fit itinerary. Next to Ames hotel, which breakfast is served (good buffet, included in room price). Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking in front of hotel. Room has kettle and fridge.

lift service was bad. breakfast less choice and mostly finishes fast and top up takes more time. breakfast place was too congested. each room only provided with 1 access card. the room had 2 airconds. one of it didn't work the 1st night. i had to call the technician to check on it and was fixed but was told not to switch off the aircond and to let it run. bathroom shower handle was broken too. so we had to hang the shower on the rails.

Bed and wardrobe smelly. Should have used air freshner after cleaning the room. The balcony was not taken care of. It was quite dirty.

The freezer and aircond not workable, even though the maintenance have repaired, but still not functioning well, you have to double check before guest check in, not to repair after we complained about, those things could be effected to your performance. The breakfast just nice, but need to provide butter for bread 😀
