Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SingaporeRight from the door, there were no welcoming staffs. The staff were made up of young, inexperienced, fresh-out-of-school graduates who absolutely do not understand the value of customer service. Had a billing issue upon check-in. I requested for the GM and Hotel Manager’s card but I was completely ignore and waited for 4 hours for them to hand it to them (which never happens!) Asked for their cards again but the staff started giving excuses for them not able to give me the GM’s card. For S$60 per night stay, absolutely not worth it. Small room with low height man-made bed, measly wardrobe, no fridge!, no mirror in room, carpet with burnt iron stain….and the list goes on. There are no facilities either. The nearest place to go for a meal are their lobby cafe with overpriced menus or you can walk 10mins for local delicacy or Macdonalds next door.
Realized that there’s absolutely nothing. Definitely not an accommodation option for travelers.

MalaysiaThe so call family room but it was too small. No space to pray. Nattow space to move. My baby was knocked on her head a few times.The bathroom is also small. Shower hose cannot be moved since we have baby 17 months to take bath. This small family room is consider expensive.

Malaysia1) The rooms are too small. Hardly no space to do our solat. 2) The rooms are also very packed and crowded with furniture that we could hardly walk around in the room. Only 'one- way-street traffic' is allowed. 3) The beds are quite low and not suitable for elderlies nor people with knee problems.
