1) the expectation not as per reality 2) the booked unit is view KLCC but due to leaking, get only faving KL tower and this information was not update in advance till we ask the information. The booked unit should have 2 single beds as per advertisement in booking.com but reality, very2 small room 3) the parking not friendly for big car… it very hard to going up and down because it very very very narrow🤦🏻‍♀️ 4) need to go to lobby from parking in order go to the house.. dont have direct connection from parking to house and need to pay parking. Inconvienent for senior citizen

The parking area's limited space can indeed pose a challenge. Maneuvering larger vehicles within the area might require extra care. Such tight spaces unfortunately increase the risk of minor damage. unfortunately the swimming pool and gym are not included..

in the city center, u can walk to the twin towers, very close.. there's a 7-11 shop downstairs and a mini market in the building..The check in/out process is very easy,, the owner is very kind and friendly.. when I complained that the stove wouldn't turn on the staff came to help me (I'm very grateful for this)

Microwave didn’t work. Lamps didn’t work. One part of the cook top worked the rest were not working. They need to fix all this before giving it on rent again.

Excellent location. Great ambience. We were staying on level 53. Really like the views. There is a pool and fitness centre on level 6. Entry to this facility is paid. But it was fun.

Everything was ok, apart from a noisy AC unit in one of the bedrooms.

Accommodation is in the perfect location, staff were super helpful and stored my luggage till I had to leave for the airport.

Chargable parking. RM22.50 per day. Rm4.50 per hour. To enter the swimming pool area also charge rm10 per pax. To use the pool RM 20 per pax. No wonder there's no picture of the swimming pool by the People staying there.

There is furniture smell, the 3rd room bed is noisy whenever you are turn around and there is no air conditioner for 3rd room. The parking & swimming all is need to be borned ourself.

A day before we stay there The property changes our place from Vortex to Suho because they want people stay longer there. But at last they manage to place us back to vortex but not the actually level we want. Somehow, we having fun and satisfied stay over there. Thanks for giving a structure instruction for us to let us more understand how to get and use all the accomodation.
