I love how staff is very welcoming to all client. But i was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel.The room had a lot of dust n it clearly had not been properly cleaned before we arrived.there was an old mango drink left inside the fridge and some of the kettles did not even work. This shows poor housekeeping n lack of attention to detail.i expected better hygiene and maintenance,especially for a place meant for travelers to relax.

mistaken that is a sea level unit. Is actually on the 7th floor. fridge is not functioning well. kettle is not functioning at all. toilet flush gave issue (is fix by owner in fast pace).

Ac remote no battery.room too cold Oku parking available but was denied initially by the duty manager.finally the security boss accord oku parking after 1 park at the main lobby. Internal parking belong to private owner was also denied by the duty manager. Initially duty ask self to park outsite at the same buggy shuttle service was also denied for the same reason we were private owner guest. Wifi password were disclosed by the owner but no wifi available. We registered for 4.but were given 2 towel.until checkout only another 2 towel recieved.

Photo advertised wasnt the same as reality. Thought that we will be getting water chalet. The toilet floor was dirty & paint on the walls are cracking.

The cleanliness of the whole room does not meet my expectation. The bedsheet got stains and looks old, should change to new bedsheet. The floor is dusty and got hair on the floor & bed upon check-in. The guard did not allow us to park in the parking building since its a private unit, therefore need to park at open space. But there was not enough parking so we had to park on the main road opposite the housing area.

The available staff at the Lobby to assist when needed. The size of the room big enough for 4 people. The toilet is so big and comfortable. The check-in process is quite easy and fast. You can just self check-in since its a private unit. The view from the balcony is so nice overlooking the beach.

I think the unit need to be refurbished and cleaned more better because the Aircond unit is not clean and the floor was also not very clean. There were 2 faulty plug points that could be hazardous. The key locker was also faulty when I first arrived but the maintenance guy managed to break it open to retrieve the key. It’s not really value for money if the unit is not maintained properly.

Free parking space yet always full so u might have to park outside from premise area. This is a private property and u cannot occupy the swimming pool because it belongs to the hotel. The only option u have is only the private beach about 50 metres walking.

Not cleaned. The was a cake of dust on the TV cabinet. The bathroom was sandy. The shower stall didn’t have a tray for toiletries, it was broken and missing.

It needs to be refurbished. And cleaned top bottom.

First the owner very rude n never reply the message n call at all until 3.08pm, 1) room not clean 2)parking is full need to part at road side, 3)we was treat like 3rd class guess, This unit is not lexis property, its the private owner renting it out, so u can't get any facilities at lexis, I ask for early check in, event they is no guess stay at the unit one day before I book, the owner will give u password number early but is wrong one, u have to wait till 3pm n call n tell the password is wrong than, owner will say, my son give the wrong pass word than she will give rite one, she will say my son went urgently to overseas, all a trick game, 4) don't dream the owner will answer ur call or message or what up. If u ask me don't book from the owner, better book from lexis wed side, than only u get free breakfast, free parking in the building if not u a 3rd class guess, enjoy....... Will share sum photos about cleaness very bad, I only can share 4 photos, but I have a lot, The room full of dust every way, got lizzard shit all bulkeny,

This app is very unhelpful to me. The hotel I booked is not as in the picture. This is the worst experience I have ever had. 3 hours I waited for the room key to open. After the room was opened, I was very disappointed and hurt to see the condition of the room which was very dirty and disgusting. I then walked out and looked for another hotel. Maybe I was wrong because I mistakenly booked a private property hotel room. I want to claim my money back.

The host of this house not response at all when we have some trouble to open the locker key. We’ve been stuck at outside of the house for an hour trying to open the locker key. We need to figure ourself. Call also not pick up. And last, they not provide the towel to us.
