The room was very nice with a comfortable, large bed but had no heating which was difficult because the weather in Cameron Highlands is cold and wet. The location is not ideal but we had a scooter so it was no problem really.

The property was very cool (retro, artistic aesthetic to be specific) and modern! It was super easy to access and really clean too! The main area to relax is very chilled and cozy with good vibes and unlimited coffee, tea and cookies - nice little treat.

Room was a bit noisy at times due to the road (not the fault of the hostel), but they very kindly provide ear plugs which help you sleep through the night. The shower water pressure was on the weaker side.

SIAR has big, spacious and comfortable rooms. The pillows were nice, big and fluffy. it was nice having the views from the balcony too. it was very quiet within common areas. Bathrooms were very clean. check in and check out were very easy. location is good, not too far from the Kea Farm market and Boh tea plantation.

The place was clean, even if you chose the shared bathroom, it's all good! And I really love the retro and vintage style, hope the owner will maintain the place well. :)

The property is a little far from town, so we had to ask for a taxi or Grab to get from one place to another.

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked at all times. The staff was very helpful and polite. The lobby has several games and a space with crackers and coffee, as well as snacks for sale. It is close to some strawberry farms and good restaurants.

They was such a bad smell in our room. We couldn’t figure out what it was, but it made us nauseous. A lift would also be a plus. Location is fine, but not as central as we expected.

This hotel is so nicely decorated and has a retro vibe. Love it! It was also really clean and they offered complimentary snacks and drinks.

The room and the bathroom were really tiny. There were not enough small but useful details: only two electrical plugs (one used for light, one for fan), no shelfs in bathroom (you need to put toiletries on toilet and sink) and so on. Also the soundproof is so bad! You can hear every sound from your neighbors bathroom so clearly.

We enjoyed the design. And it was pretty clean. Also not far from tea plantations and trails to the mountains.

Could improve on in-room pillow, suggesting to have 2types of pillow (soft and hard). The current pillows are so bulky as my friend and I were hardly had a good sleep. On top of it would be great to have additional wall mounted cloth hanger hook in guest room too.

Second visit with super clean, great host, good selection of self-service coffee and tea, stunning view point from the communal balcony.

I do understand the wall is so thin that there is no tv in bedroom. We felt bored for the past 2night. We regret not bringing our ipad. If hotel inform cust to bring their own ipad will be a plus point. Trash bin in bathroom is a must. It is a bit troublesome for women to throw their panty liner or pad during period. Maybe i can recomend to use tin biscuit as rubbish bin for toilet :D

I think the hotel owner or manager im not sure handle my problem with bookingdot com so well. He is very friendly and attentive. They also provide free flow coffee and tea. Location is very near to main attraction in Kea farm. I like the rustic vibe in this place. Very creative and nostalgic.

Bryan was an amazing host with clear and open communication throughout the entire stay. The space was immaculate and clean and I was thoroughly impressed. The space was well thought out and I loved the theme/concept of the hotel. I'd definitely recommend SIAR If you check out cameron highlands.

Everything was fine

The owner is the nicest guy. Very helpful and with many good advices for places to visit during your stay. The room was very clean and spacious. Beds comfortable enough. There are many nice details in the hostel, like every room has its own name of an 80's song.
