Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. MalaysiaThe room is not clean.. got kids drowning at the wall.. some one already lay down on the bed before I checked in.. maid have to tidy up the bed in front of me.. first impression when I enter the house it looks like a store. The main gate is also a problem. One side closes one side opens. Staircase no light. Bathrooms are small and also have to be shared with other rooms. Water pressure is too low. No TV and no wifi. Compared with other properties the same price but more comfortable and also have tv and wifi. Totally not meet my expectations. So sad. Why still got a hostel like this.

MalaysiaI'd hate to be honest, but for a price of about RM200++ for one night at this place seems very overpriced compared to what is provided there. Don't be fooled by the pictures shown. They do seem like a nice place, but I'm quite surprised when I first came to this place. The entrance doesn't seem welcoming at all. Cleanliness needs to be improved a lot. The flooring is badly water damaged. I booked the room for 4 adults and 1 child but they only provide us 1 queen bed and 1 single mattress (without bed). The door lock of the room I booked doesn't seem secure enough which is quite worrying. Worst thing of all is, they provide glasses with an alcoholic drink brand logo on it, and I'm a Muslim. Hopefully the owner of this place will improve in the future.
The room is spacious. The staff is quite friendly. The water heater is working fine. There's an iron for ironing clothes provided. The facilities provided is fairly sufficient. I'm not sure what else that's good to describe this place. I guess that's all?

MalaysiaThe place was a wreck. It looks like they don't have a manager at all. The room itself was OK and large. However, I was afraid to stay there since the lock on the room had been broken into numerous times. ie the door was damaged due to the breakin's. I had suitcases that I had wanted to leave in the room while I was gone, and I could not trust doing so.
The one good thing was that the residents there were nice.
