Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceThe hotel is gorgeous, the bar has got some jazzy vibes and the restaurant is simply delicious !! Room is comfortable, clean and decorated with taste. The staff was very kind and caring, check-in at 1am because of my flight, helping me for any information as tourist or transport. Highly recommended for the night or just for dinner.

United KingdomI do not think there should be a surcharge for additional coffee or eggs as was my experience. I did not like the sink plug not working and the sink shelf broken meaning things slid off of it. There were no hooks on main door and bathroom door.

LatviaFantastic value for price. The hotel kept the promise of essential luxury. Nothing extra - with sustainability in mind, as in all the other hotels the little vanity kits create a massive waste! Just a great and comfy bed, everything was super clean, bar/restaurant: superb cocktails and food menu. Hip & trendy! Also, one of the few places in Malaysia where the room temperature was perfect and the AC wasn’t loud and blasting cold air.

Malaysia1. There was insufficient parking space in the premise, the parking fees were high (RM5 per hour) although there is an option for overnight parking validation of RM15. 2. The lift broke down during our stay and i had to hike up 6 flights of stairs to get to my room only to find out that the hotel gave me the wrong access card instead of my room card. I had to hike all the way back down just to get it replaced and go back up.
Toilets were nice.

FranceThe Cow Kit hotel has a lot of problems: The suite: - not actually a suite - only one room. - cleaners very slow. I booked 7 rooms, not one was clean by 14:30 in the afternoon. - no robes in the room. The space: - no separate lounge for guests to relax in. - limited amenities in general. Warning!! The venue had a private function on both days we were there. This meant we had no access to the only bar on site and nowhere to sit outside of our rooms. Breakfast was served in chaos in a small improvised room.
The Cow Kit is a nice looking hotel and the location is pretty good.

The staff was very nice and welcoming in small details and helpful with requests. We liked the atmosphere and design very much. It felt special. We stayed at king den kl city view room and the city view was great. We also really liked cleanness of it. Food in a restaurant was very good but kinda pricey.
