NetherlandsThe grocery shops on the ground floor are very basic. However, there are 3 large groceries within approx 2 km distance, but you will need a car, or take the public transport option.
The suite is nicely decorated, with attention to detail. Large balcony with outdoor table and chairs. Unobstructive views and comfortably tranquil, given the distance to the highway. What jumps out is not only the cleanliness of the suite, but that of the entire condo and its public areas, including hallways and rubbish disposal area. The main swimming pool (approx 30m), fitness area and gardens are immaculately maintained and cleaned every single day. A rare sight and at such high standards! The agency host is also excellent. Attentive in detail, quick to respond, providing all necessary information just prior to arrival check-in. Checkout was equally well organised. The KGL MRT station Bandar Tun Hussein Onn is conveniently adjacent to the condo, taking you right into the centre of Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Bintang, within 30 minutes. Just bring your luggage and you are good to go. All essentials are provided. An absolute recommendation!

MalaysiaThe shower head spray is too sharp and painful, and it cannot be adjusted. I suggest replacing it with one that has multiple spray modes. The bed is too soft, making it unsuitable for elderly people, and the quality of the bed is also not very good. At the car park, the instructions were unclear, leading us to the wrong lift. There are different lifts for the respective apartments and Soho units.
The room is very clean, nicely designed, and the price is very reasonable with complete amenities in the living room.

South AfricaFirstly, the room is situated inside a residential apartment block. No staff member on the premises is able to speak any decent English. When we arrived, we needed to provide them with the room number to gain entry at the main gate and then realized that the host never sent it to us. We only had the actual booking confirmation which apparently did not carry any weight at all because it does not include any pertinent information about the room itself. We then had to wait for the host to eventually answer his phone and provide us with the room number in question before we were allowed entry onto the property. This process took around 45 mins and we had to pay our taxi driver for the additional time our trip took while he waited with our luggage on the street. Needless to say, our first impressions were not great. We were tired from our travels with jet lag and had to deal with a severe lack of customer service from the host and on site staff incompetency upon arrival. Secondly, If you have any issues with your booking, do not expect any response from the host to assist you in that matter. Any additional assistance you may require will be ignored completely on both Whatsapp and through the Booking.com messaging service. I realized after I made the booking that I booked an additional day by mistake. I requested for the host to take the amount for the additional day and put it towards the security deposit I was required to pay directly but I was completely ignored. Even if it could not be done, the least the host could do was reply and say 'No' it won't be possible.
Room was exactly as advertised. Clean and well equipped for short stays. Location is great and very close to the train station.
