It’s a bit of a walk to the main centre.

Very friendly staff and a very good sized, comfortable room. The washing and drying facilities are really helpful and it was super quiet at night. We extended for two more nights.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming and always smiling. The cleaners were helpful. There is self service laundry on site. Motorbike rental around the corner. Shop outside the location. Pool is lovely and clean. Wifi always worked. Kitchen facilities (did not use) but water dispenser too.

The Aircon can use some servicing. It's not cold or rather it takes a very very very long time to get somewhat cold

Usually a 20 minute walk doesn't bother us at all, we like to be a bit outside the busy noisy centre, but it was very hot at Langkawi, and thus the beach was a bit far.

Very sweet ladies that run the place. Nice cosy room with good facilities and little terrace. It's clean and has everything you need. The pool is lovely,we used it every day to cool down. It's a bit further from the beach and busy center, but we liked being surrounded by nature. We extended our stay an extra night because we liked it here.

Beds were to soft and when we asked for the room to be cleaned, only the bed was made and the room was only mopped.

Staff were friendly and we had access to laundry facilities and a kitchen. Pool was nice to have and the location was good. Easy walking distance to the beach and shops.

The only thing was the sound of the power supply was so loud and it made it hard to sleep.

Staff were lovely and everything was super clean. The bed and sheets were lovely and the room was cleaned regularly and new towels provided. There is a lovely coffee shop nearby. The staff were very helpful and made me feel welcome as a solo traveller.

Small bed cleanliness - hair and animal droppings upon arrival, after 2nd day we had cleaning service and the mentioned above were not cleaned. Only Malaysian channels on TV .

There was a smell in the bathroom. This is because there is not much ventilation & only extractor as a means to remove odour. Housekeeping should be done better as there were some areas which were still dirty. Some Bedsheets had stains also but upon asking to change, it was done promptly.

It was close to the Pentai cenang & night market (4mins via grab & 22 mins walk). Coffee & water bottles were provided each time housekeeping was done. it had a swimming pool which was kept clean at all times. the staffs were friendy & always responded to texts / assistance.

No hairdryer in the room.

The room and toilet are clean. The bed is comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. Only drawback is that there is no hairdryer in the room and they only provided coffee in the room and not tea. I don't drink coffee. The room is spacious. Overall, we are happy with the accommodation.

1. The washroom size is small, so couldn't enjoy much for the shower 2. There was some electric issue, so AC cannot work, had to ask the staff to help us to change the room

This hotel is also way overpriced for how much they have to offer. The swimming pool is gread addition, yet when there are kids screaming and jumping in it whole day long - it defeats the point of relaxing. The fridge in the room is a good option, but what's the use of you can't keep anything in it? No outside food, fruit or drinks are allowed. Two bottles of water (small size), even those will not be replenished daily, are the only things that will go into the fridge. The bed is comfortable, yet smallest one I have ever seen. Shaky legs add to night discomfort when you or your partner turns over or goes to the bathroom - the bed will shake. Basic bathroom with no toiletries. Liquid soap dispenser looked like something from a horror movie. The shower floor (and toilet seat) will remain wet for hours since there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Airconditioner is working well, yet it is old and noisy (can't do anything about this, tried turning the fan down - no use). Aluminium windows, although providing modern looks, do not block much of sound from outside. Last but not least - lights. What is it with cheap hotels and white lights? It does not cost more to install warm white lights, but they go for the easiest - white daylight, which is ok for an office or hospital, but horrible for hotel room. Overall, this hotel (and other hotels on this island) does not offer good value for money, so I can't recommend it to anyone. Hope this honest review from a person who stayed in many hotels all over Asia helps you make and educated decision. 🙏

Stayed here for two nights. Booked because of so many positive reviews.🙈 I was so wrong... The place did not offer great value for money. I don't know about other hotels in the location, but everything that we saw was very run down and shabby, absolutely not worth the price they are asking for.

Rooms not serviced daily, if I knew that would be the case I would never have booked. I think they say it’s due to Covid but surely it should be cleaned and sanitised all the more so. it seems like it’s laziness and money saving tactics at the customer’s expense. Therefore the sheets not changed, bins not emptied, towels not changed, loo roll not checked, and bottled water not replenished. This was very frustrating as I stayed 4 nights and as location near the beach, had to constantly clean myself as best as I could to get sand out etc. also with the heat and humidity it would have been nice if the sheets could have been changed. They said I could top up a bottle using the water dispenser from the shared kitchen area, however I didn’t trust quality of water as the shared area was not very pleasant therefore bought my own bottled water every day from a nearby shop. Also a lizard appeared 3 times when I opened the bathroom door and went behind the mirror. The staff didn’t seem fazed by this. I would always just quickly use the bathroom and shut the door shut to make sure the lizard wasn’t going to sneak into the the bedroom area where I would be sleeping. Rooms could do with an uplift. Musky unpleasant smell entering room. No hooks to hang towel etc in shower/toilet. it’s a 20 min walk the beach which is not long but it’s quite a lonely walk and at night not much light and very quiet.

20 mins walk from the beach. Air conditioning and fan in the room. There is a pool which I saw families enjoying.
