- the hill to the hotel is really steep, impossible to bring up large luggage. We arranged with hotel manager through WhatsApp for the help with bringing up the luggage - all worked perfectly fine, the manager is very prepared to help guests with this inconvenience - breakfast is the same daily. It is basic, but I would suggest improving the coffee - room can get very hot and humid with the conditioning off

- the manager is responsive and helpful - the room was very basic, but good enough for a short stay

Just the stairs but I knew about them.

Everything was awesome. The staff were great. They Carried my backpack down to my room. Then bought down some ice for me. Breakfast was nice n plenty full. Room was clean n tidy n comfortable. Pool was refreshing. Monkeys adorable. I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou guys. ❤️

Both Staff was friendly and helpful, they carried our bags during check in and check out. Breakfast was good. The host provides every information precisely and checks on us during the stay which makes us feel more safe and secure. If you are bringing elderly, please be very careful as there are a lot of stairs that need to be climbed.

Felt the breakfast let it down , prepared and served at 8 ish. If you went later everything that was cooked was gone cold .

Just for suggestion do a step walk and have something to hold like jungle tracking walk way from below to top.

The pillows had a musty smell.

We enjoyed the breakfast options and eating outdoors. The staff was friendly and helpful. They carried our luggage to our rooms and made us an early breakfast upon leaving.

There seemed to be some gaps round doors and was initially concerned that insects might get in chalet. However, we had no insect visitors in chalet at all, which was great, and mosquito net was reassuring.

Loved the spacious wooden chalets in the jungle, and close to two beautiful beaches (we particularly liked Coral Beach and the two restaurants at the back). Very peaceful accommodation, hearing just sounds of nature. Enjoyed walking locally and using pink taxi when needed, as did not want to hire a vehicle. Pool was lovely to dip into to cool off from walking up the steep hill! Great communication immediately from booking,and helpful staff throughout holiday (particularly to Din who came out in the middle of the night to sort out the air con after power cut), and for assistance in sorting transport to Ipoh.

Nothing to dislike. Could perhaps do with a shelf in the bathroom but it's really not a big issue.

The staff on site, Din and Shaikit, took care of all my needs. I really couldn't ask for more from them. I really enjoyed Pangkor Island as a result. Good selection of food at breakfast buffet. Owner was available to contact but I didn't need to.

Not really although not top luxury but very comfortable with a/c, fridge, kettle, good shower etc etc.

Loved the location, edge of jungle, hornbills, monkeys waking us up as rushing over roof. Din & colleague very helpful & respectful re room cleaning etc, loved breakfast, near to shops, cafes & 2 beaches. Had great views from room, just loved it.

The owner was so informative, friendly and made sure that someone was there to greet me. The staff were really polite and welcoming. The room was huge, had a comfortable bed, mosquito net, kettle and fridge. I even got upgraded for no additional price, which was a lovely gesture. The breakfast was nice and there was a pretty view. I didn't use the pool but it looked good too. Overall a really great stay.

The breakfast was quite basic but okay. The bathroom is also a bit basic but sufficient.

The room had enough space. The accommodation itself is situated in the hill so a lot of stairs but it's peaceful and quite so perfect for us. Is close by the beach and the foodstalls. But renting a scooter is recommended to easy explore the island.

Very laid back hotel. Staff were great. Short walk to beach/ bar/ restaurants (albeit up/ down hill!) Coral beach was great, clean and quiet.

We would recommend requesting one of the bungalows on the upper floor as the floor of our bungalow underneath was not completely sealed (gaps between the wooden boards). Despite this, we didn't have a lot insects in the room. We also recommend taking a few clothespins with you to make the mosquito net a little tighter, as it is more of a curtain.

The accommodation is near to the beach and gives a great jungle feeling. The staff was always available if we had any concerns. Breakfast is included.

The bathroom could have been better arranged, with no shower separation despite the space would be there.

have to tell the people that they have to climb the hill 45 degrees..and make sure motorcycles must be high powered motorcycle..

I like everything.. the property is not really accessible.. it is suitable for youngsters and not for big family..
