How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location,within 10 minutes walking to legoland and medini mall in where there are so many restaurants to choose.Free parking,too many parking space at level 5 and level 5A,no need to worry about the parking space.The condo is very clean and identical same as in the picture.Got WiFi.Highly recommended

The host is very friendly and send clear instructions with video of how to reach the location how, how to check-in and where to park the car. Location is within 10 minutes walk from Legoland. The unit is well maintained.

The location is a bit difficult to find as there is no sign to indicate that this is the condominium. The condominium seems not completed as the multistory carparks are not accessible except level 5. But there is a security staff stationed at level 5 carpark 24 hours.
The instructions given was clear. We booked the property at very last min around 7.15pm as we wanted to move out of the previous property due to the crude attitude of the staff and uncleanliness of the room. On the first night, the property host checked in with us till 11.30pm to ensure we arrived safely as she/he is worried that we could not find the correct location. He/she continues to check in with us daily to ensure that we are comfortable with the property and the essential items are adequate during our stay. Though the facade of the condominium looks run down, the property is clean and with the great hospitality from the property host, we enjoyed the stay!!!!

Limited ground parking. Parking at level 5 and had to take the lift down to lobby to collect keys.

Main pool overseen by apartment was closed. Second pool was fine, but too deep for 6-year-old to stand.
Great for our trip. Two proper bedrooms (one with en-suite), large dining/living/kitchen room with nice pool view. Outdoor laundry area with room for drying clothes. Located right across the road from shopping mall, eateries and Legoland. Easy to get taxis/Grab.

The sofa is useless - feels like sitting on rock. Needs changing. We ended up using dining table chairs. Also, needs a better clean. Lots of brown and yellow stains on floor, cupboards, etc. It didn't make us feel confident with the cleanliness
Location was 10 minutes walk from Legoland if you walk through the mall. The mall is shaded and has lots of restaurants. For our 3 days we didn't use the car at all, only walked, it was perfect! Spacious bedrooms and living room, the space outside to dry clothes was very useful, with working microwave, fridge, AC, Netflix, etc. Was very happy overall.

The Pool was out of action for maintenance whilst we were there, this was very inconvenient, even more so when they opened it again and it then went Green within 1 day.
Great location for Legoland, wouldn't hesitate in staying again.

The condo itself is not so well maintened. It seems one of the water heater is not functionning properly.
Nice and clean unit, the beds are confortable, the kitchen well equiped,, 5 min to go to Legoland (walking distance). The check in and check out are super easy and convenient and the host very reactive.

Apartment could do with some maintenance attention. Water was lukewarm, apartment smelt damp, water leaked from sink and washing machine. Could do with a good clean.
Very close to Legoland so very convenient. Good security. Easy to check in. Good communication from host. Useful to have washing machine and ensuite.

There isn't a proper entrance to the property. Have to enter the property via the car entrance and a temporary path to the tower entrance. Besides, the swimming pool and gym advertised are not able to use at all. There is a barricade to keep people from using it.
Quite close to LEGOLAND and check in is hassle-free.

There are some issues with the electrical point. Living room aircon unable to on. During booking, it was mentioned that there is a game consol, however upon check it's nowhere to be found. Then was told that the game consol has been sent for servicing. The common toilet has an unpleasant smell.
Close proximity to Legoland. Balcony with pool view. Bed was comfortable.
