some capsules could use maintenance. One of my friends mentioned that his capsule had some issues: the charging port wasn’t usable, the light couldn’t switch on, and the ventilation system didn’t work. These were isolated problems, but regular maintenance would improve the experience even more.

The location is excellent, situated in Sutera and surrounded by many shops and restaurants, with Sutera Mall just a short walk away. It’s very convenient for travelers, with buses available to the city or even Singapore via the 2nd link. The price is very affordable, making it a great value for money. The toilet was clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the facilities overall were good.

Hostel unmanned most of time, using self check-in. No atmosphere. When owner was there he didn't speak or even give a smile to acknowledge I was there.

It ended up not a bad location . Close to the bus station and bus stop to the stadium, and lively area near by with restaurants and nightlife in sutera. But I wish the buses ran in the late evening. Had to walk from the stadium getting back to the hostel! Mad!!!

Climbing up and down the upper capsule can be a bit inconvenient. The toilet smells and cleanliness can be improved. Shower and toilet cubicles should be separated.

Is horrible place! The personal and the manager very rude! The aircon is so strong!! The toilette la dirty! They took me security deposit and did not return and the manager said will call the police!! Very Bad situation. Do not go here. Nothing is good. Too many noises in the night!! The person who is there do not care for the noises and notbing. I do not reccomend at all!
