The layout of the property is a bit weird. First you take an elevator up then walk into a different part of the complex where you need to walk one flight down again which really didn’t make sense at all. Especially if you are traveling with luggage.

The room we stayed in was very spacious nicely decorated and the bathroom was really big with 2 showers and a tub. Great view over the ocean. Since its not very central you need taxis quite bit. They exchanged our Euros for a very good rate which we appreciated a lot. The pool area overlooking the ocean is a great plus. The staff was very friendly and always doing all they could to make us happy. Thank you guys !

It is true that the property is near the beach, but it is not a beach you can use. Also, Yango drivers and food delivery had a difficult time finding the property

The check in and check out experience was horrible. I had to deal with the people at the restaurant and they seem to have negligible knowledge about how the process work. I had to call the receptionist, who wasnt at the premises, for check in. I was escorted by a security guard, after waiting for 15min to access the premises and do the check in at the restaurant. The same happened on leaving the property, I had to call again the receptionist, who wasnt at the premises, to open the gate and after 10min the security guard came to open the automatic gate. The room was very comfortable, clean and everything worked. I experienced some excessive noise (sounded like there was some renovations going on in the building) in the morning, which as very disturbing for a Sunday.

The room was clean and well equipped. I liked the decoration of it and it is in a safe location. In addition, the air conditioning, TV and all room appliances worked perfectly. The bathroom was clean, had hot water and very good water pressure and I enjoyed my shower.

Wid love a microwave in the room had to eat meals cold Also on booking. Com says mini bar complimentary on the pic shows cooldrinks but it's only water I think booking. Com needs to correct that

Very well decorated room, with a lot of light, clean and with a comfortable bed. Internet and TV service were very good as well. The view from the room is Wonderfull. Parking garage available. The host was very helpful and made everything to make sure the stay was a very nice experience.

On my arrival istead of getting 3 keys i got 2 I got the other key on Tuesday because they gave someone else our room ,so the other couple had to go to anther hotel which they booked for them. It was a mess On our last night some guy was banging on the door .I had to call the property to send a security because this guy was disturbing our peace From my view it was so unprofessional They wanted prof of payment.They said we did not pay therefore they want prof of payment

Parking driving is very congested, and it is easy to scratch the vehicle in the parking. My room wasn't cleaned for my 2 day stay, quite disappointing in such a decent dwelling
