I did like everything, location, food, cleanliness, staff members, fast Wi-Fi, and value for money.

My stay at Incanto Resident was very good i enjoyed everything. the only issue that happened was inadequate of water supply in a first day, but this was almost every place in town, and this was understandable due to heavy rainfall which caused destruction of the water infrastructures. otherwise, the hotel tried their best to buy bottled water which was good thing and i accepted the efforts taken.

I am now a resident at this place. Whenever I'm in Maputo, I stay there, central location, clean and comfortable place, friendly staff, value for money. The breakfast could be better, but having been to several places in Mozambique I realize breakfast is not their strongest points. I'll come back again.

I did not like that the cleaning staff broke my face wash and did not report, but I followed up with the facility they offered to replace it. Other than that, I have no complaint about the property itself.

This was my second stay at the property. The place is very cozy, clean and the rooms smell great. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. I'll always stay at this property whenever I'm in Maputo and I would recommend it to anyone traveling on holiday or business.

Our shower had a drainage problem but they were quick to do everything they could to help. They even gave us another room to shower and later sorted it out. They apologies so much for it which was a nice gesture.

The boutique hotel is brand new, so everything is brand new. The staff were absolutely amazing and always willing to help in every single way. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast and so was the food for lunch or dinner. WiFi worked really well and the smart TV was awesome, so you can watch Netflix or YouTube. They also have little places to sit on every floor and a little lounge room. This is somewhere we'd definitely consider coming back to. Ohhhh they sell baked treats. They are delicious 😋

Address not indicated in front of the hotel. In the bathroom, I had difficulties to put and remove the protection against mosquitoes. Good breakfast, but putting Arabic music while eating to create a nice atmosphere, I didn’t like it.

The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, so intense in my first room, that I had to ask to be moved to a different one, where anyhow the problem persisted. Almost every night I was awaken by other guests being very noisy in the corridor. Once I called reception, they tried to help though, which is expectable but it was a positive sign they do put their efforts in delivering a good service. I think the breakfast included could improve... I didn't particularly enjoy it, but staff at the cafe' is very friendly

The Hotel has a new look, since having been renovated recently. The bed is comfortable and spacious. Staff very friendly and kind. Nice view and the location is very central, making shopping or restaurants very accessible either by foot or transports. I will go again
