Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Incredible experience! The staff is very welcoming and professional, always willing to help with a smile. The rooms are impeccable, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, offering plenty of variety and quality. The restaurant serves delicious dishes, and the Sky Bar is the highlight – with a fantastic view and the perfect atmosphere to relax. I highly recommend it!

Well kept building with secure parking. Polite staff. The only 2 things I can critique is the restaurant- expensive and not worth the money with food being below par and secondly the 8th floor rooms had a horrible smell from the toilet. we did not have the same issue when we rebooked at were accommodated on the 7th floor

There's a great chef, the food for breakfast and dinner at the restaurant is wonderful. The view from sky bar is amazing!
