Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ChinaThere was someone from room service in the middle of the night knocking on our door and even after telling him that we didn’t order he would continue knocking and not leave. The elevators don’t work in the morning. The kitchen staff does not have the breakfast ready at the time they claim to have opened the breakfast (7.00 am).

South AfricaThe breakfast choice was limited, there was no variety of food. For example, we had only white bread all week, the toaster was not working. No high-fiber food, no yogurt, no sausage. They should add more.
The place was very good, the staff was friendly too. they help when you need help. I recommend that housekeeping staff wait at the door till one opens, not to knock and open the door. it is not good.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Love the room and how clean it was. The air conditioner was working perfectly. The WiFi dd give us a problem on Friday so we suggest you have your own data on stand by. Staff was very friendly even though we struggled with language barrier we managed to communicate with Google translate. The Porter was our favorite person…he was always checking up on us and was very helpful. He truly made our stay amazing with how he accommodated us. There is a smoke lounge with shisha and that was truly amazing for shisha lover.
