I didn't like the toilet

The breakfast was cold on some days & they seemed to have served food from the night before,their breakfast is HORRIBLE! don’t be fooled by everyone saying it’s great it sucks! the chef couldn’t even make a proper omelette the omelette had no vegetables even after requesting . the staff is not trained up to par. This place has so much potential. If they’d fix the food part all will be well & train staff. There were dirty plates at breakfast and my room wasn’t cleaned throughly Also you may be overcharged Booking.com doesn’t give you a accurate price. Not that it was a problem but I’m just tipping the next person. they expect tips for everything, yes you can tip from the generosity of your heart but don’t force me, the man that works at the kitchen Alexandro went as far as asking me for a tip whilst enjoying dinner at Smokey lounge for delivering food at my parents room. Isn’t that his job? he also asked for my number which left me in shock! The staff needs to be trained. they have ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. I will not be coming back! I’ll be book at a much more better hotel southern sun or polana & stay easy!

The Smokey lounge pizza is the only nice thing there.

The breakfast was not great.No variety.We waited almost 30 minutes for milk and there was no juice in the juice dispenser.The breakfast was really disappointing.

Beautiful hotel,nice modern finishes.Loved it.Not too far from the international airport,so that was a huge plus.

They demanded money on top of what was quoted in booking.com , I felt like a day light robbery. Giving reasons that are nonsensical. I ended up paying but I slept being bitter with the treatment

I didn't like that i could hear the people in the other room next to ours, talking and making noise. I could also hear what they were watching on their tv. I am a very light sleeper so i only managed to sleep when they were not making noise any more. I think the walls are a bit too thin?

The room was nice and clean, and the sheets very clean too. I enjoyed room service, the pizza was delicious. We enjoyed our breakfast. And the staff was nice and friendly. I do not speak portuguese or the local language, but they accomodated me very well by speaking in English. Generally a good stay though.

The hotel is far away from nice beaches and a lot of activities.wen cleaners clean the room they don’t put toilet papers there.we had to call like 5times to the reception to bring it .most staff members don’t understand English.there was a very bad smell in the rooms at night.

We couldn’t watch TV because we were to wait for someone to come and set it for us but nobody showed up

The hotel was so clean, we had a special request with my friends and our request was granted and exceeded our expectations, the breakfast was delicious, the courtesy we received right from the security and the 2 guys at the reception, we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely recommend this property to others, it’s a 1st class hotel, the parking was so safe. This property deserves a 5 star rating or status

They said they have a Sauna on their advert but it’s not working. That’s false advertising. Their safe was also not open, Called the reception to come and open it? But they never did.
