The facilities and staff were amazing. It was disappointing at times when ordering at the restaurant they didn’t have the food on the menu. One night there wasn’t any seafood.

The hotel looks too old for my liking, been around the world and slept in 4/5 star hotels, this was below standards as the rooms were outdated.

The food was decent not great and is in heart of VI on a good view.

Facilities are getting old. The bathroom wasn't so clean. Dirty shower curtains, windows, and general wear and tear all round.

Room was a satisfactory size with good amenities in the room, clean as well. Food (complementary breakfast) was delicious, and service from staff was amazing with very impressive customer service., very high standard maintained within the hotel restaurant and well organized. Location was bang in the middle of town, and everything we needed was within our radius. We enjoyed every hour of our stay and will definitely go back ( anytime) and certainly will recommend to potential guest

1. There were mosquitoes in the room, 2. There was a generator noise coming from the back that was really disturbing. 3. Towel not provided in the bathroom. I needed to specially request for it this morning.

The bathroom. I was not given a wash cloth and only a towel after requesting for one. I prefer my shower curtain to protect the tub area and surround me but it didn't and the floor kept getting soak and wet.

The service made the big difference in my stay. Everyone was very helpful and kind.

The ac kept doing stops and starts- which impacted on the quality of sleep We had booked for 2 adults 2 children. Provision was not readily made for the kids. An extra request had to be made for their bed. There was no sync between the request on booking.com and the hotel The bathroom, wash hand basin was not children-friendly From the lift, we had to walk through the dining area to access our room. Same happened on our way to check -out - not cool

Booking.com said breakfast was included in the price but we were told at breakfast only one adult and our children could eat free. WiFi was essential for our stay but it was down for over 4 hours when we arrived this meant we couldn’t arrange to meet friends on time. We selected a family suite but had just one bed, one towel, one cup, etc. Wasn’t a good experience when I had brought my family to sightsee Lagos. Upon arrival kettle wasn’t working and had people in our room to fix it so we couldn’t settle in. Water stopped while I was showering. One disaster after another. Receptionist was rude and manager was very unhelpful. Booking.com said we would have sea views and a terrace yet our room had none of these things. Thumbs up to some staff who tried their very best but this is not a great hotel for families at all. Room was large enough to accommodate a sofa bed at least, but my daughter had to sleep on the chair, while we had to share our bed with our son. Very inconvenient. Ridiculous price paid for a very lousy stay, and they even overpriced us from the amount quoted on booking.com.
