Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BeninThe should tied up the hotel properly. The noise from the bar on Saturday mornings is not acceptable in an hotel environment. The room downstairs and the toilet are not neat enough. Cockroaches flying in the room. When they are cooking it enters the room, the lobby and everywhere will become stuffy.
Only the AC. The Air Conditioner worked so perfectly and that was the only good thing about the hotel for me.

They also had a policy of making occupants leave without a refund for bringing in food or drinks from outside the hotel. Bathroom shower was faulty. Batteries for remote and a/c were dead. Small closet space, with no fridge or desk.
