Rooms smelled musty when one first checks in. Shower heads in some rooms are loose and have not been repaired despite complaints. Could not eat outside during the day because of the flies. Not all room safes work.

Staff were super accommodating, respectful and friendly (10/10!) On most days, food was delicious. Wide selection of beverages.

The front desk lady should be more welcoming and smile more. Other than that every other person had a great welcoming attitude.

I was a bit disappointed with the TV channels. There were only four channels, and only two of them were clear. The other two were horrible, which was a little frustrating. This small issue with the TV channels is the only reason I didn't give a 100% rating, but everything else was fantastic.

Overall, my experience was great. The food was awesome, and the room was sparkling clean.

Somethings that are spoilt are not been fixed as it was better the last time I used the property. Like the AC was not chilling well.

There were no lifts and I was put on the second floor, with a knee problem accessing my room was very challenging. Facility should consider installing a lift as part of its next upgrade.

Staff were very helpful. The booking was problematic, but the Manager gave us an upgrade after confirming that booking.com confused the rooms reserved.

The bathrooms in the first and the second room I had needed work. In the first room the shower head has no hook to hang it so you have to hold on to it while showering. The second room had a bath that didn't drain well. Half way through your shower you're standing in a puddle of water. (I stayed there twice)

The location was amazing. The food was fantastic. I had the included breakfast option and the breakfast was the reason I woke up early the entire time I was there. It was top notch.

Their breakfast was good but I told one of the staff it will be good if they can add small vegetables in their breakfast.

I made the reservation for my sister and the husband. Below is their reviews; The services were good. Their staff polite and good. The manager was able to work things out with us in regards to our booking and changes. Overall the quality was good.👍

Nothing, always a pleasure.

I stay at this hotel whenever I visit Lagos and all I can do is say that it's a must for any traveller. The staff are wonderful, the internet is top class, the rooms are a great size, the bed is super comfortable, the hotel is generally clean, the room service food is good. The location is excellent, of which it's 10 mins from the airport and also very easy to get to other parts of Lagos.

The 2 reasons for not giving a 5 star rating are: 1. because there's no lift and I had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to my room with 2 heavy boxes. The staff were amazing though - they helped me with the boxes going up. And 2: my room was great but there was a horrible stench in the toilet that wouldn't go away.....

The staff were amazing and very helpful, the room was beautiful and everything worked and the food was great. A big thank you to the Lady at the reception that helped me with my boxes at 4a.m. to check out and to get into a taxi: Thank you.

My concerns: 1. Shower leaks really bad in room 103. They need to resolve this ASAP. 2. The hotel does not own enough bath towels. We were at total of 10 and there weren't enough towels.

We stayed there twice. Upon arrival and departure from Lagos. The experience was the same the both times. The staff were friendly. They place was clean and safe. We used the pool. We had dinner and the food was satisfactory.

The hotel was close to the airport. It was safe and clean. The staff was friendly. They were accommodating. Allowing us to check in early. We rented a total of 5 rooms. I stated in room 103. The pool was available. The kids enjoyed that. We had a birthday celebration. I ordered a cake and it was nicely decorated and delivered on time.
