Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NigeriaDidn’t have access to tv channel/ apps(because you have to sign in with your own account for access) it was just Youtube available…but it’s ok I wasn’t keen on TV anyways.
On arrival, my interaction with staff was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Everything in the room was clean and orderly. The restaurant indoor and outdoor area was just beautiful. It was my birthday and they surprised me in my room with a little edible surprise which was really nice. Actually made my day! 😁

NigeriaThe breakfast menu needs to be improved upon. Also It was clearly stated that two occupants would be in my room, instead of them to give breakfast to the two occupants in the room, ONE was given, and I complained but not taken seriously even after staying there for 3days. That's not a good one. The restroom is average, but not excellent.. the noise from the Air Ventilator fan is much. It woud be good to have a SMART TV if the facility can't provide TV with access to reasonable numbers of Cable Channels on the TV. Only had access to 3channels, not a good one. My room AC wasn't functioning fully well, it goes hot and cold at interval, and the remote wasn't functioning well too, please work it. The food from the kitchen needs to be improved on to make it tasty and awesome.
Affordable for such Location, which is GOOD. Professional, Amazing and Friendly staffs who are always ready to help. The receptionists are welcoming and professional. Great WIFI connection. Very fast Internet.

Democratic Republic of CongoThe hotel is a very nice place. The personnel has been very welcoming and helpful anytime I needed assistance. I was there for 5 nights and we had my friend wedding. The hotel let us have the wedding cocktail at the bar though it wasn't officially open yet. I will definitely come back when I stop by Lagos again.
