They were to be without power for two hours in the morning, and the check in clerk did not inform me of this until after I’d payed for the room.

Overall, my stay had some positives—the location was convenient, and the staff, especially Henrietta and Jessica, were fantastic. However, there were a few areas that fell short of expectations, particularly for the price paid. The bathroom was a disappointment, as the plastic stickers on the shower and tub floor had turned yellow and clearly hadn’t been replaced in a while. Additionally, the USB charging port in the room wasn’t working, which was inconvenient. The restaurant menu also felt limited and overly focused on national dishes, which might not appeal to international guests. For nearly $400 USD per night, I expected more attention to detail. For example, the room only came with two bottles of water, and the coffee machine was unusable as the pods provided didn’t fit properly, resulting in a leak and no coffee. While the hotel has potential, these issues detracted from what could have been a truly luxurious stay.

I attended breakfast first thing due to a morning flight. There was no tea/coffee service and no omelette chef the whole time I was there. This left the experience feeling quite incomplete. The hotel also didn't feel hugely sound-proof.

The location was the main reason I chose this hotel. I was only passing through Lagos briefly and it was a great opportunity to not hit the city traffic. The hotel is modern and the rooms are very nice.

The Legend was just that; a legend. For me it didn't live up to the expectation. The room (suite) was not that big, a bit outdated and not really really clean.

The receptionist (i believe his name is Daniel) is the best that I have encountered in a couple of trips to Nigeria. Helpfull, clear, professional and friendly. The location is good if you travel the next day. The restaurant The Bull is also Ok.
