Nice quaint hotel. They warn on arrival that they are still in soft opening but i thought that they were doing just fine. They have a satisfied customer here.

Excellent choice. Rooms and facilities are great, the staff is very welcoming and polite, WiFi works extremely well. Restaurant is nice with a good choice of meals, some are too expensive though. Waiting staff are nice, maybe further training would be good to match the quality of this hotel, nothing major. Will definitly come back and recommend.

Although I wanted something small and I enjoyed my breakfast, I found the breakfast Buffett quite limited. I also overheard a couple sitting close to me say so. I was surprised that the room didn’t have tea, coffee, kettle and the other tea things you’d expect in a room. I loved the bathroom, but they didn’t have body lotion and a few grooming items. I always travel with my toiletries, so I don’t need any, but some people would. Aside from these, I enjoyed my stay and will be back!

Customer service was good. Food tasty, environment pleasant. I had been there before, but my team hadn’t, and they loved the place. Everything checked out for us. Most comfortable bed and pillows! Love the pool area and the beautiful furnishing, from the lobby to the bar.

Exceptionally clean, high quality fittings in the room and bathroom. Cool corridors, quiet and cozy. Inside the hotel had a lovely aroma all over. Even some of the lady staff at the restaurant smelt nice. Rooms had double glazing windows. Insulated it from noise and heat. Room stayed cool for 24hrs even after ac was switched off. Blazing fast internet also. One of the best hotels I've stayed in last 2months.

The breakfast options at Nordic can be better. Not enough options, not enough variety. and they typically serve the same stuff everyday. Plus there's never fresh juice on the buffet (only packet juice , which is not healthy). On another maybe vain note, pls provide full length mirrors in the rooms, women dress up and have no way of seeing how they look because Nordic only has table-top mirrors in the bathrooms and rooms. Lastly, both times I've been here, I've noticed people having full photoshoot sessions in the premises at reception and poolside (which is fine) but sometimes they bring these shoots on the guest floors and can be very noisy thereby disturbing the peace of room guests. Nordic needs to get on top of this.

Location is perfect, rooms are fresh. Staff are accommodating and pleasant. I love this hotel.

Power cuts are common in Nigeria. It's a real challenge to manage the transitions from generator to public supply and vice versa. There is a bit of work to be done here. This spot would have been a 9 if they had figured this out.

Breakfast was decent. It was fresh and it was the right mix of local and continental. Local or traditional meals were really good. Pool side is nice at night.

Restaurant menu to be reviewed from my point of view, and service to be imporved to avoid long waiting time for meals, but in general under the standards. Fan in bathroom always On very noisy at night especially for non occupied neighbors room.

Clean and proper hotel, ideal for business travelers with good Internet Wi-Fi, very relaxing after long working day, keep going guys. Thank you housekeepers room always clean and stuff well arranged.

Taxi back to the airport was not clean at all and felt like one that I could have called off the streets. Care should be taken to ensure that taxis used by the hotel are in good condition. Other taxis used during my stay were not bad, though.

I asked for a wake-up call at the reception because I had a very important appointment the next day, but no one called and if I didn't set my own alarms I would have missed my appointment. I think better passin g of information at shift changes would help this establishment get to the next level

I had a fantastic stay, the staff was great, and without asking they upgraded my room. It was a pleasant stay and very clean
