It was too tiny, one can't sit straight to use it. *The toilet was leaking slimy yellow, smelly water at the back of the WC *The tap in the bathroom was not flowing. We had to fetch water to bathe. *There was no hot water. We had to boil water in the kettle, to bathe.
I liked the size of the room, the bed, the TV (smart tv) and the pillows- the pillows were most comfortable.

NigeriaI would strongly advise against staying at Presken Mojidi. The experience I witnessed with the manager, Grace, was appalling. Despite her name, she was anything but gracious. I witnessed how a regular guess as claimed arrived late and politely requested a small discount for a short stay, she was shockingly rude and completely inflexible. He even explained his situation and even begged, but she refused to show any understanding or compassion. On the other hand, the two receptionists who checked me in and out were very polite and accommodating, which made the contrast with Grace's behavior even more stark. The food was excellent, and the rest of the team seemed pleasant, but the manager's rudeness left such a bad impression that I would never recommend Presken to anyone.

I had an exceptional experience at Presken Hotel Mojidi! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Mary, who checked me in, was warm and courteous. And then I met Dami, who truly deserves an award for Best Staff of the Year! Despite the pressure I put her under, she remained calm, humble, and maintained a beautiful smile. Every guest I met complimented her exceptional service. Dami is an asset to the hotel, and every organization needs someone like her. The hotel itself is fantastic, with polite staff, a convenient location close to the airport, and delicious food. Thank you, Dami, for making my stay so comfortable. United KingdomMy flight and airport process was delayed. Network was poor to call out at the airport. I called at earliest possible chance. When I arrive at the hotel, I was informed my reservation has been cancelled. Disappointed, I didn't take alternative availability. I left to find alternative hotel at cheaper price and value for money. I went back again for another night, checked-in. I ordered food, it was delivered off the tray. Prior to finish eating the meal, repeated knock came on the door asking for payment of #9,400 for the food. I POLITELY REQUEST FOR THE BILL AND THAT THE TIMING IS POOR. After finishing the meal, I checked-out shortly after. At the desk, I requested for the bill to pay and it was #9000. I paid and made it clear at the desk that the service was poor, hence my reason for checking-out shortly after checking-in. The person at the desk apologised for the behaviour of the staff concerned, however I have made up my mind and left. I was dissatisfied knowing that the hotel have lots to offer I
