I was impressed with all aspects of my stay, I got the Lagoon view room, and it was impressive. The rooms were very comfortable and cosy. The staff were exceptional, especially Godwin. I will visit again and soon!

I booked a suite and I had to wait 5 hours after the check in time to be placed in my room!

It was very clean and well located. The staff were also amazing, respectful and took good care of us. It was a special occasion for me and my man and the hotel decorated our room and gave us a gift with a sweet note at no cost whatsoever. It was really nice and we felt so special. Also, the food is really good and affordable. I’ll give this property a 10/10 over and over again! Got great value for my money.

Bathroom was old, shower handles bad. The WC flusher was faulty. It badly felt clean in the bathroom.

Everything was ok before checkout then during my checkout, I did three visa card payment attempts with two Radisson POS before getting a successful transaction. I immediately checked my account and noticed Radisson debited my account twice. I prompted this to the staff who attended to me. His name is Oluwaseun, who assured that the second debit will be reversed. After providing all necessary information from my bank confirming Radisson has been paid twice, Radisson refused to reimburse the double debit and keep sending me to sort things out with my bank. This is after exchanging multiple emails with Chikodi, the Rooms Division Manager. I just can't trust Radisson anymore. Be careful!

I chose Radisson Blu as the hotel to host my wife's surprise 40th birthday party. The staff were very professional, and the ambience was good. The staff were always there to help, especially Mr Joseph. They ended up singing for my wife and brought her a cake as part of the celebration. It was a memorable one for my wife.

The bed sheets had a funky smell. I had to cover the pillows with my shirts to mask the scent. Also, the shower drain was not working well as it took forever for the shower water to be drained. The towels looked quite old and a bit discolored. This was the second time I logged at this hotel, and this time, I was a tad bit disappointed.

I wish breakfast was added to the room rate.

It was my birthday and I was given a small celebration cake and restaurant staff sang for me. I also got a welcome letter, wine and fruits. Lots of free snacks and drinks at the reception. That was most generous of the hotel.

Location was perfect, easy access to most places we visited in Victoria Island. Food by the pool bar and Breakfast was amazing but the staff is what makes the hotel even more enjoyable and the reason I would return.

Location was perfect, the amenities stunning, staff very warm and friendly, lovely views from the Bar. About 5 hours after I checked out, when I was almost at the airport, I discovered I had left a phone in the room. Special appreciation and shout out to Tunde (Reception / Front desk), who took my call & found my phone. I really enjoyed my stay, and I will certainly be back.

Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the quality of pastries served during breakfast. The pastries did not meet the standards I would expect from a hotel of Radisson's classification. The overall offering did not align with the expected level of excellence.

The fact, they’re charging extra fee for vat.

I like everything in the rooms, but I didn’t like the fact that they asked me to pay an extra charge for vat and worths not. Claiming it wasn’t included in booking price. Please look into this

The hotel withdraw an insurance amount 1 night before arrival and I am struggling to get it back since 5 days, I sent an email to them and escalated to booking , not sure if I will get this amount back , don’t recommend it for any one !
