I cannot explain what an absolute delight and joy it was to stay at Hide and Seek. The food was SO good, the rooms were chic, beautiful, and comfortable. Having the pool right there made it easy to meet and chat with other guests, so even though I was traveling alone I was never lonely! The vibes are immaculate. Popoyo really is a little slice of heaven, and Hide and Seek is the perfect place to have as home base while you're there.

Gorgeous property. So relaxing. I barely left for the 2 nights I stayed but if you do leave you’re close to a beautiful beach & several surf spots. The food & coffee at the restaurant are also very good! The staff super friendly and decor beautiful. Would def stay again.

Would be great if the blackout curtains were divided into two sections for easier entering/exiting from rooms while maintaining privacy. Lots of people would walk by my room so I tried to keep the curtain closed but it was a little hard to get in and out cause the door was in the center of the curtain. Not a big deal but would have made things easier.

Loved my stay here. Loved the small number of rooms and the beautiful design, it was so intimate and relaxing. The owners and staff were so welcoming and helpful, the surf instructor Elyin was amazing. The spa was unexpected and blew my mind - perfect for surf recovery. Appreciate that they had a car to drive you to the beginner break. Loved how close it was to the beach and markets. Best part was the generator which kept the wifi and restaurant running despite the town's many power outages. The restaurant was lively but not too crazy so ideal if you're not into the party scene. Will definitely be back next time.

Everything!!! The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The room was excellent! It was clean, The Decor - simple yet elegant, The Bed (just aww), the bed sheets + pillows were clean and smelled amazing. The details of the overall hotel and layout was simply beautiful and peaceful. I will be going back for a longer stay.

This hotel is not only a place to spend a few nights, but a beautiful piece of architectural art. Large convenient rooms, tasteful interior design, super swimming pool. The best was the food though, try the kitchen!

The food from the restaurant was next level amazing. The ice bath and sauna on site were also amazing! It was the perfect place to hide ;) and we very much enjoyed our stay. We will be back for sure!

Could be good to remove the sun lounger cushions when it rains as they don't really dry and soak up a lot of water in them most of the time. But otherwise pool and area were all lovely and clean as were the rooms.

Lovely place and staff. The restaurant food and drinks were my favourite. Also the sauna and ice bath, although they don't always run because of the electricity limits on generators, but not a lot the hotel could do about that! Loved the complimentary netflix in my room too.

This place was everything and more than i expected.. the staff, the property, location! The owners🙌🏾. Literally everything about this place was absolutely fantastic! The were booked out the next day and I went for a party the night before! They went out their way to do everything they could to let us get proper rest and then have us check out.. I would stay here again and again..

Hide & Seek is an amazing new addition to Popoyo! Just a short walk from the beach, H&S has everything you'd need for a wonderful stay. Their grounds are stunning, the design is absolutely beautiful. The Oasis has delicious food onsite. They have an array of fitness classes available with local teachers, and their spa has a sauna and ice bath that leave you feeling charged and ready for anything. The owners are friendly, approachable & super helpful. The rooms are gorgeous & you'll sleep wonderfully in their spacious comfortable beds.

I had a fantastic time at hide and seek and prolonged my stay twice. I was hesitant to book at first, as it had only few ratings, but am so glad I did as It had just opened and everything is stunning! The rooms are huge, super clean and the bed is very comfy. The owners and staff are super nice and helpful. When I wasn’t feeling well, they even made sure I got a lovely veggie soup. It is only a quick walk to the beach and several surf spots are in walking distance.
