How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Really clean premises, the room was great and the leisure room fantastic. 100% food value. Around the corner, there is a restaurant with top fod and spirits.

Everything was perfect
This was a fantastic experience. Cabin eco and perfect localisation. Silent and nature great conection. Really was fantastic. I recommend that everyone best regards.

No lift so had to lug my things up a flight of stairs. Not a deal breaker but good to know if you have a heavy suitcase. (there are downstairs apartments available). Kitchen counter was small so had to be organised when cooking. Bathroom light was motion activated which means it stayed on longer than necessary. It's next to the bedroom so if I went to the toilet at night, I had to close the door to block the light so I could go back to sleep (or wait until the light shut off). Never understood why you'd want a motion activated light in a bathroom .... Bedroom had one skylight / window with a blind built into it that blocked the light when closed. So to get daylight in the room you had to keep the window open. The place is quiet near open fields but the quiet meant sound carries, so if you have noisy neighbours down below or at the campground, you hear everything. These aren't deal breakers - I'd stay there again.
Quiet, in a natural area with lots of places to bike and walk. Upstairs apartment was spacious, skylights in ceiling of the main rooms so lots of natural light. Dishes, cookware, cutlery and appliances made it easy to make my own meals in the kitchen and there's an Aldi and Albert Heijn close by. Big bed, clean shower and toilet. Would stay again.

I didn't get my king bed. Instead i got 2 single beds together. Last tree night's was very bad because of the romanian family living beside the wall. They was very noise

Very kind host, answered patiently all questions on the phone, nice clean appartment incl. Senseo coffee machine, slept very good, place quiet in nature, has a little terrace and free of cost parking spot right in front of the door. I recommend going there by car (or bicycle), cant imagine public transport going there.

Apartments are not air-conditioned but a fan is available on request.
Excellent location with free parking onsite. Designated smoking right outside the apartment which was very feasible.

Nothing, everything was advertised as shown.
Extremely affordable for the size of property, hosts were quick to respond to my questions & gave me great recommendations for places to go. It was super quiet in the area which I love, and since you’re outside of the city the stars are beautiful!

Without a bike or a car going to the next supermarket or simply into town turns into a short hike. (distance about 2,5 km)
Very clean; appartements basically have everything you need; situated in a very nice area if you like nature

The wifi was a bit instable
I loved the location and the view over the fields. The room was like a mini appartment, with lots of room, a kitchen, bathroom and livingroom. Loved that.

If you needed assistance there was nobody on site. The first night we got there an alarm in our unit went off I tried calling for assistance. They answered but said they could not understand me and said it was late and they could not help because they were not at the premises. We had to find the breaker box ourself and turn it off.
It was quite and beautiful sunset from our patio.
