Beautiful hotel. Great room. Just one quib, there could have been more than 2 coffee pods & cream. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice & very tasty.

Stuff : cool stuff offering welcoming cookies nice way , they guide me for shops & restaurants . Neighborhood lovely epically in the early morning , seeing people going work , people riding Bikes ….Very nice place … plan to visit it again !

Absolutely amazing location. It's our 3rd visit. The surprise at arrival is always a treat for the kids, and us. Room is large enough to give us space. Very clean. Lovely food in the restaurant. The walking around school corridors is great. Such a wonderful renovation and keeping the history.

The TV was positioned on the side of the bed, so you could not watch TV from the bed. Not all staff was Dutch-speaking.

I expected more amenities for the price. There was no business centre or recreational amenities. The services can be improved at the hotel.

The comfort and bathroom amenities were very nice. The rooms were well made and the basics were all available. The location in Sittard was also good.

There were strange design choices - the hand soap being liquid and very far from the sink (non-detachable), the TV was on the left of the bed so you could not watch comfortably while laying in bed which is the main point actually. Food in the restaurant was very bad - extremely expensive and bad quality - tasteless and I was given too not cooked potatoes. No refund on it either. I give 8 because of all the other good stuff, ignoring the design choices. But food alone was 4. Also - do not go to Sittard - nothing to do and see there, dead town. Use it only to get to Maastricht.

The interior was pleasant, the staff was friendly (they gave a welcome cookie). Bathroom was clean and room in general. Bed was comfortable and this hotel is basically the only good option in Sittard. The hotel was fully booked and nevertheless quiet so it had a great sound isolation. Breakfast was good.

Well, I was charged an additional 117 euros, and nobody informed me about this extra cost. At midnight, I was charged for the room I booked, and then during check-in, I was charged again for the same amount, plus an extra 30 euros. When I called the reception, they said it was all an authorization that would be returned. I hope that’s the case. I just wish they had informed me upfront about the extra 117 euros for authorization.

This time we had a split level room, stair to entresol is bit uncomfortable to go to the bathroom at night. Just to know about this minor discomfort. The English part of the breakfast was ok-ish (bacon should be crisp and scrambled egg should be scrambled). But again, minor point.

Modern hotel in a very characteristic former school building. Beautiful designed spaces and rooms and very pleasant to stay in. Showers are great, bed is fantastic. Bar and restaurant have a very pleasant atmosphere. Cosy, enclosed terrace to have a drink. Staff is very welcoming and helpful!

Very nice old building completelly renovated with a modern style. Staff were very helfull with the organisation of our stay and we appreciated very much their offer of regular and electric bikes, which we used to explore the city and its surroundings.

The air was pleasant but it's unusual that the window cannot be opened, so that should be kept in mind when booking. Extra blankets, water and cookie for free is only provided when asked, and I only knew about it because I saw someone else getting them but I wasn't informed of these.

The concept of turning an old school into a hotel is genius, really appreciated the unique experience. Despite it having originally been a school building, the hotel rooms were perfect, it didn't feel outdated or inconvenient. The rooms were furnished conveniently and they were very spacious. The staff were very welcoming and kind. The bathroom was very modern and comfortable. We got 2 rooms that had a door connecting them directly, that was very convenient. The big windows offered a lot of light, but the curtains blocked off the light very effectively at night.
