The room was compact but it was good for one night. Probably too tight to spend more than one night. The hotel is nice. There is a coffee machine in the reception area. The staff was friendly towards my four year old son.

At first I was given a family room which looked morw for 4 peoplw rather than 6, since when you pulled out two extra beds from.below a doublw bed there was no room anymore to walk. However I complained and I was given a larger famuly room.with no surcharge from the second day on.

The location very close to De Efteling . The atmoaphere is nice an drelaxed. The availability of family rooms for up.to 4 children. The girls at the desk were very helpful.

This place is just perfect for families and couples, the rooms and surroundings are very clean, everything is new, the staff is really kind, there is a washing machine and dryer for guests to use, free parking next to the hotel, a nice bar and mini golf. The location is great, close to The Efteling (~7 min walk)

Shower had to be stopped halfway through to drain the water as it was going towards door.

It’s a perfect location for visiting Efteling and is great for families. The rooms have adult and kids beds together, there is a playground that kids are safe in and the reception area has comfortable seats and more facilities for kids. Parents can relax and enjoy themselves

Breakfast was just ok, nothing special.

The fact that the room holds 5 people is a bonus. Many hotels make you get a separate room once you have more than 4 people. The facilities were nice and boutique-y. Modern but retro at the same time. On-floor laundry was a bonus but we didn't need it since it was just a day. Within walking distance of Efteling. Would stay again!

We adults spent quite some time in the nice rooftop-garden enjoying ourselves while watching the children playing happily around. The rooms are well designed and clean. The receptionists are friendly and so as well the restaurant staffs(and the food quality too). The distance to the supermarket and Efteling is easy to be done on foot. All in all, all my dear family members had a great time here.

Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Hotel is ideally located to visit Efteling Park. There is sufficient parking space available. Breakfast was good.

I wish the showers were properly separated from the bathroom, having to push water out after every shower is a bit annoying.

The entire hotel is bright, spacious, clean, well-maintained and tasteful. Rooms aren't huge, but space is used in effective ways, so it doesn't feel cramped at all. Great air conditioning, which is still not that common in Europe. Staff is friendly and effective. The little carts they have to rent are a godsend at Efteling. We'll most likely be back.

As mentioned the laundry service is free. But during our stay the washing machine was not functioning they were informed. Till our duration of stay it was not fixed. Hope next time I visit it will be serviceable.

A choice of a lighter blanket would have been better in summer. The blanket we had was so thick and so warm that it felt like a sauna. Breakfast is pretty pricey so we decided against it.

We went there for Efteling and we got what we wanted. The location is perfect, walking distance to the park and there is a supermarket right behind it and a bakery and a dinner place right in front of it. The beds were also super comfortable and despite the small size of the room, there was plenty of space and shelves to store our belongings.

We had an issue with the restaurant. One of our kids has limited options in food due to personal issues, and we needed to buy him Mc Donalds on our way to the hotel, planning to eat at the restaurant. Although we asked him to eat at the entrance on the lower floor in front of the restaurant using his doggy bag, the lady managing the restaurant, didn't allow that and even when we sit at the restaurant and order food for all the others, she came and said that she is not allowing him to eat with us. I think that flexibility is required, saying the situation. He can't eat anything from the menu that we could. Eventually, he waited pretty long time to eat a cold meal in the room. All the other things were good, I just was very surprised with this saying the great service we got from the entire team at the front desk.
