Breakfast was not up t the standard in terms of variety and it was understaffed. Despite the girls were working a lot, there was always stuff finished and you had to wait for the to re-bring it

The guesthouse was stylish, quirky & excellent staff!

Excellent stay! Really close to Efteling Theme Park, we only stayed one night before moving to one of the hotels in Efteling but next time we will stay here for the duration. Much easier to entertain older kids on an evening with the pool table & rooftop terrace.

The breakfast is a bit poor, not what you'd expect for the breakfast price. Did not have decaf coffee which is disappointing.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and very close to Efteling. Clean and comfortable. My kids loved the garden and playground.

We loved the beautiful stylish town where it is located. The proximity to the Efteling park. Great roof-terrace. Very kind and attentive personnel. They prepared gluten-free options for our gluten-sensitive child.

We love this hotel and have stayed multiple times. The restaurant is good, the lobby is a nice chill area, and the rooms are always a good fit for the 5 of us.

I literally cannot think of nothing.

Simply a wonderful place. Nice and young staff, everything smart (with app and QR code) and very easy to use. The property looks modern, super tasteful, and family friendly, the rooms do not miss one thing, clean, functional and comfortable. The hotel has a super nice restaurant downstairs, a cool bar where to enjoy a nice cocktail after the long day and a fantastic terrace with a playground and minigolf for kids. We could not ask for more! We will surely come back!

The bathroom shower floods the bathroom when used which was really unpleasant. The beds were too soft and pillows too high. The playground did not correspond to the pictures .

It’s functional and close to Efteling . Staff is super nice . Handy to have a restaurant in the same place as the hotel . Hotel is all targeted to kids .

It would have been a nice touch to provide some bottled water in the room, especially for late check-ins. While we were told the bathroom tap water was safe to drink, it’s not something most guests would feel comfortable with. Bottled water is a small gesture that goes a long way—and considering it’s inexpensive, it really should be standard in a family room.

The hotel was clean and in a convenient location—just a short walk from the bus stop and not far from Efteling theme park. We were a group of six (two adults and four children), and while the room was tidy, it felt quite small and crowded for our family. In hindsight, it would have been more comfortable to book two separate rooms for the same price elsewhere. I had assumed there would be a bunk bed for the children and a separate bed for the adults, but we were all placed in one room with a three-level bunk bed setup, which wasn’t what I expected. Check-in was quick and easy, and we didn’t try the restaurant as we ordered food in, which was convenient. However, we arrived late at night (around 10 PM) and were disappointed to find there was no bottled water available. When we asked, we were simply told to drink from the bathroom tap. While the water may be safe, it would’ve been helpful to have bottled water in the room—especially when traveling with children. We had to wait until morning to go to the nearby supermarket, which was inconvenient. Overall, while the hotel is clean and well-located, I think there are more spacious options available in a similar price range. I wish I had done a bit more research beforehand.

Breakfast was very expensive at €16.50 per person. We ended up driving down the road to lidl where we got Breakfast for 5 people for less than €16. Our 11 year olds were also charged adult price to stay which really confused us as they're not even teenagers.

The cold water in the shower, the receptionist mentioned an issue to the boiler and proposed to have have our shower after the check-out, considering the price I find the solution proposed way below the standards. The hotel restaurant: we have been waiting more than an hour for pizza & burger on a Saturday night with 2 starving kids.

The room with 5 beds felt quite cramped and was very hot.

The property is close to supermarkets and restaurants and walking distance from Efteling. The property provides a washing machine and dryer which was very helpful.

This time we were really disappointed by the restaurant downstairs. Pizza and burger were tasteless and 'industrial' - value for money is not good any more. You get better food for less money in the snackbar...

We have already stayed multiple times in this hotel, as usual we had a nice room with sufficient space for a family, polite people and a nice bar environment with kids entertainment.

The side beds and the pillows were not comfortable. The beds made a lot of noise.

- Air conditioner leaked from the room's central beam on the middle of the floor. Drops fell on our heads! - There were random hairs around the bathroom, including a clump of hair on the drain when we arrived. - Drain of the bathroom was terribly clogged! We had to turn off the water in the middle of our showers for the water to drain. Super frustrating and annoying. >>We dealt with the issues because it was late and we only stayed 1 night. To their credit, the staff apologized profusely the next day.<<
