The location was perfect, right into the city centre. That was the best part of the property. It was comfortable and clean.

On 10 March, Monday morning, there was no water in my room/bathroom from wake-up until 11:10 hours. This was crucial as I could not have a shower and needed to abandon my daily routine, which was really bad as I was expected to attend a conference with active participation. I reported this to the Staff of the Day. A partial refund would be welcome to compensate for this inconvenience.

Stayed in the same hotel several times now. No surprises, friendly staff, good location, nice terrace. Everything was as expected and previously experienced.

Bit odd smell in the room (not mold or dust) but not too bad. I could have extra blanket to sleep but was not in the room

Very clean. Old building but newly renovated. Quiet although located right in a middle of the center surrounded lots of bars and restaurants. Bed was small but great. Heater (central heating) was working perfectly.

The ceiling gave us a bit of an office vibe..... and the slightly see through bathroom wall which was directly in front of our beds was something I would recommend only to couples who know each other well and are comfortable hearing each other use the toilet.

The hotel is very conveniently located right on the main square. Our room had a little balcony, which we did not use, however I imagine it being lovely in the summer.

Rooms are quite small. Check in at the restaurant is a bit awkward, standing there with our big bags while people eat and waiters hurry past with full trays of food and drink. Had a hard time contacting the hotel when my flight was cancelled and I had to change dates.

Location is wonderful. Great sound proofing, our room was quiet despite the bells and bustle of the square. Restaurant below is really good and the staff there are nice.

Bedroom was very clean and comfortable but lacked basic facilities. Needs soap tray in shower and place to stand shower gel and shampoo other than on the floor. Shower curtain needs to be longer as whole floor gets soaked during shower.

Excellent breakfast and evening meals. Staff very attentive and hardworking.

The housekeeping ladies could be more careful, one of them walked into my room without knocking first, thankfully I was fully dressed; Because of the small corridors the sound does travel easily into your room but I never had big problems with it, once the other guests get into their room, is quiet again. For the rest the place is fantastic.

Amazing location, in the heart of Maastricht, really cozy and room, all for a penny! Nice restaurant below, sweet staff etc All in all this is my go to place to stay when I visit Maastricht. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

The location by the main square was excellent, except for Friday night when the noise from the nearby Irish pub was pretty loud until about 2:00 AM.

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning, and we stopped by for dinner once as well.

Perfect location to explore Maastricht’s city center. The room was small yet comfortable and clean - and great beds! Bathroom also small but again with good shower and heater. We had a nice balcony directly looking onto the Market Square - yet it was quiet enough to have a good night’s sleep. Presence of an elevator is great for those with luggage

The room was a bit cramped, probably because I got a single-bedroom, but the use of space was efficient. I didn’t like that the sink was outside the bathroom, and I couldn’t understand why there were two identical photos hanging on the wall but it was funny, no big deal.

Excellent location. I appreciate the fact that I slept well—it only happens when the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I particularly appreciated the value for money.

The room is quite small, and in the bathroom, the curtain around the shower could better be replaced by a solid glass wall in order to not turn the bathroom into a pool when taking a shower. Breakfast is qite good, but it could do with some more choice. Also better bread rolls (brown) would be nice.

Staff is always very nice, both for hotel and for restaurant/bar. We asked for a quiet room and got one. Try the food in the restaurant too, it's delicious!

Excellent location within the very center of the old city, right across the City Hall. The hotel is located above a restaurant which also serves the breakfast. Wi-Fi is fast and stable.
