Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Its restaurant in downstairs ,so when you check in/out you must go through its restaurant, If you arrive at night,you only enter by a nother door.

The hotel is located in the centre. On the other hand it was a short way out of town to make a bycicletour in the countryside. The staff was very welcoming and the restaurant served good food.

United KingdomThere was not much room in the toilet/shower. On arrival in Maastricht is wasn’t immediately obviously where the hotel entrance was. The breakfast was adequate, as we didn’t prepay we found it much better to eat elsewhere.
The location was excellent as we were there to see André Rieu and having a room at the front with a small balcony was most appreciated.

Staff, breakfast, dinner (restaurant on site), location was very central with the market outside the door, a mall across the streeet and close to many other restaurants and bars.

United StatesThe beds and pillows were not the most confortable for the price of the room. Also, the local area bars and returant were very loud until like 4am. I left a day early, as I was not able to sleep well at night due to the noise.
The room was in an awesome location. So close to everything. Easy to walk to all resturants. Parking was easy to find.
