Daily maid service included but by the end of my 7 night stay I had depleted all the body wash and shampoo. Disappointed these basics were not attended to. Even so I would consider staying here again. I could have asked for some attention on that problem.

Fantastic location at a tram stop which leads to Central Station and the city center. Trip to station is less than 20 minutes. Staff friendly. Hotel clean. Neighborhood safe.

Very small room but clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location. Quiet but close enough to the busy center. Frequent streetcar if you don't feel like walking. Nice restaurants close by.

It’s a really nice hotel in the city centre which is not far from the Botanical garden.The rooms were neat,the staff is friendly,breakfast was also good.

The lift on our side didn't work. Breakfast was ok but not the best one.

I liked that it was clean! the room has a bath tub and the hotel has an elevator which came in handy for the stroller. the location was quiet and still close to the city centre so that was nice. The double bed kind of separated easily so that made it less comfortable but overall it was perfect for one night.

It was in a great location more chilled than the centre but nice and easy to get anywhere by trams which run regularly. Nice hotel, comfortable bed etc. The towels had seen better days and they didn't refill the coffee/tea until the final eve but minor things really. I think it's a reasonable price when compared to other hotels, so we could overlook some of the minor down points.

Our kingsize matras, room 205, had a ‘crater’ in the middle which did not sleep well. Has been mentioned to the staff but always doubtful whether it will be handled.

Close to Artis and 10min walk to the Nieuwmarkt. Nice cafe on the corner right and good breakfast cafe to the left.

Cleaning could be done better as bed was never fully made, rooms a bit tired could do with some TLC but overall still quite nice and comfortable.

Rooms too warm and hard to control the temperature. Bathroom very small but workable. Steps up to the hotel very steep and no ramp. We had a child with a crutch. Lift very small not suitable for a wheelchair plus 1 No facilities to warm up food if needed. Payment upfront on arrival.

If your looking for hotel vibe, ie bar, restaurant, with reception area that's a buzz with people and creates an atmosphere then, this is not your hotel. Honestly I think calling it a hotel is incorrect, it gave more hostel or appartment vibes. The photos make the hotel appear more chic than in reality.

Hotel was clean and nice coffee shop beside it. Location is lovely, tram outside the door which was perfect, number 14 brings you into central station. Shower was lovely, bathroom was modern and spacious. I stayed in a quadruple room, it had loads of space and the beds were very comfortable. Rooms were nice and warm and cosy.

Location is great. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel. The Holocaust Museum is right next door. Artisplein park and zoo is within walking distance. Staff are nice especially David. Facilities are good. The complimentary Stroopwafel was a nice touch.

The room was next door to another room which seemed to have a door into our room. Although it was locked you could clearly hear people in the next room as if they were in your room because the door offered no soundproofing. We had to wear ear plugs one night because the TV was blurring out until 3am. Also the wardrobe was situated above the kettle so if you used it the steam would wet your clothes.

The location is absolutely perfect because it is a quiet neighbourhood with a tram stop right outside the hotel that takes you straight into the Centre and terminates at the Central Train Station.

Bedding didn't fit bed. Every night sheets / covers would come off. One towel per person for 3 days and staff on Monday morning wasn't very helpful when asking, same for toilet roll.
