Standard of the hotel rooms could do with improving and the size of the rooms were very small considering how much I paid to stay there. The hotel could do with a renovation.

Its a good and handy location near all the bars and pubs and attractions and close to the station.

The shared toilet didn’t have any hand soap or paper towel to dry hands. The quadruple room we booked, had an odour of a dead rodent or someone’s incredibly stinky feet. The walls were dirty and an extra pillow in the cabinet within that room, was stained yellow.

The proximity to everything Amsterdam was wonderful!

As it was Saturday night, there was a lot going on and there was constantly someone slamming a door throughout the night and early morning. so it was unfortunately not a restful night.

Great location, close to central station and lots of restaurants and bars. super helpful that we could store our luggage during the day - thank you! it was the cheapest place we could find well in advance for a family of four.

Bed was "pulling" me on one side, but it was comfortable. It was to noisy, could here everything in the corridor. Also, the door from the bathroom was squeaky everytime somebody enter.

Fourth floor with no lift. they added tourists tax to my hotel stay price. No mention of this prior to my arrival. Shower was poor and broken.

First ip, before arrival my passport was running out so they wouldn't let me fly so I tried calling hotel but couldn't get through so sent message explaining this and asked to change the room to a double,but got no reply and when my brother and cousin arrived they were told no there was nothing you could do,so I had to pay €104 for a room I never got to see. My brother said the room was like shoe box with bunk bed n single,(nothing like the picture shows) the TV didn't work only 1 channel and was German. Going to toilet was atrocious as it was so far away from the room(practically other side of hotel). Plug sockets not working in room. Was relaying on WIFI but wasn't told they had it and there was no signs up to say they had it. The staff weren't very helpful and I would personally say they were bit arrogant.

the rooms were way too hot with no air conditioning, crisps and hair bands were under the bed when we arrived so it had not been thoroughly cleaned.

Quite noisey amd elevator was not working.

Location is brilliant. Elevator was out of order which made carrying luggage quite difficult up and down narrow and windy stairs.

Shower and toilet spaces can be cleaned and maintained more frequently (ex. lock on 3rd floor shower room was broken).

Great price, decent location and comfortable bed. This is a value for money hotel so if you come with the appropriate expectation (ex. this is just a place to sleep), you will be satisfied.

There wasn't enough place in the room, hair drier was not available, we asked for a new towel, but they didn't deliver

Steep narrow stairs. A service lift for luggage that we were not told about - it would have made a big difference not to have to struggle bags up those stairways.

Close to main area, clean and warm, plenty of hot water.

the mattress was covered in hair, there are no slippers, although the toilet was separate, the window did not close well, the floor was sticky and dirty, the walls were dirty, it was not comfortable for me to sleep

The toilet door lock didnt work and me and my friend both got locked in the toilet on 2 separate ocassions and someone from the recpeiton had to come and bust open the door - TWICE! The shower was nice, but was at the end of a fairly long corridor and the stairs were very steep. The side door (which you were meant to come in if you were coming back at night) didnt work at all and we had to bang on the front door and get someone from reception open the door. It was a little bit tatty - but it did the job. In all honesty it was good value for money.

The locaiton was great, the room was nice and the beds were comfy. It obviously was small and not particularly luxurious but you get what you pay for I guess. A bit pricey. Steep small stairs, hard to drag big suitcases.

Hotel was ok, not convinced the towels had been washed from the previous use although they was changed, don’t give them the deposit they want when you arrive as cash as when you leave they will give you a story about no cash onsite and had to wait 3 weeks to get it back after having to give all of my personal details apart from my waist size to get it transferred back with the worst exchange rate I’ve seen!!
