The only downside for me was the evening meal in the restaurant. Two unremarkable cocktails (very sweet and not fresh enough) before a three-course menu. There was little choice. Three starters, three main courses, three desserts. Although the plates were beautifully presented, the flavours were often overpowered by unoriginal sauces. I don't think the quality of the food is worth the price. What a shame! We'll be coming back only for the hotel.

The hotel is a building with a history (apparently a former convent). The rooms are spacious and the decoration rather typical. Of course, fans of aseptic, modern hotels will be disappointed. There are sometimes dents in the walls, and the furniture is not always very young. Our room was spacious and the wellness area very pleasant. The free car park is appreciated. In my opinion, the main strength is the quality of the welcome. Selma was perfect: smiling, attentive and proactive. Impeccable! The breakfast was just what we expected.

The bed was super soft and the pillows thick and fluffy, personally we prefer a harder matrass and thinner pillows. When we showered, the whole bathroom got wet because the glass wasn't properly sealed.

The shower in the room was tricky. Hard time regulating temperature and sprayed out a bit. The hot tub was not warm.

Nice, older hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. The place has beautiful character. We were very happy with the room for our family and the location for walking around town. Parking was great, easy and ample. Staff were very nice and spoke English. Pool is large. Holiday decorations were really nice.

The sauna and steam room were realy nice but it needs clear directions and there was no water available in the sauna. The steam room said it takes 30 minutes but no signs on how to use the room. When to turn on the faucet, how long? The many showers and seating was nice. The pool was nice but hot tub water temperature was same as the pool and according other patrons heating of water hasn't worked all week according to patrons who stay there often for work). And when I saw a family taking a toddler in hot tub, not hygienic I was done. The hotel got some nostalgic vibes but it needs beter signs directions to front desk, exit etc.. Confusing with the many hallways and two exits off the elevator floors. Yes there was big sign in elevator but still not clear what way to go. Signing and arrows on wall would be helpful. Bed was too soft for my liking. I would stay there again because of the price and having indoor pool and sauna and it being clean spacious place close to down town

My only negative was that there didn't seem to be many staff for welcoming guests on their arrival. Lots of machines for checking in, but difficult to use if you don't speak the language. Staff very friendly though!

The family room was really big, with huge beds. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was a good bonus, quite a good size. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice, great food and a great view from the breakfast room. Would definitely come back.

The matrass was too soft, didn't sleep well. The chairs in the room were dirty and dusty. Not much contact with hotel staff as you have to do the check in by yourself (ofcourse they will help you if you need it).

Good location and nice breakfast. Swimming pool is open till midnight.
