I was almost 2 weeks at the hostel very nice staff they are very kind basically everything was OK. The cleaning staff is not cleaning at all they just changed bed and towels, but really they are not cleaning much. But the rest it was really nice .

The fact that they don't have an option to reserve with breakfast. They provide breakfast, but you need to request the previous day for a cost of 7,50€. The breakfast is chosen by them, you just need to go to reception and request the breakfast and they give you in a papel bag. The fact that they don't have any place to put the towels in the shower and that they don't have any shower gel in the shower places.

I like the fact that you have stairs to claim to the top bed. I stayed in the top bed and I didn't have to worry about following or slip while come up or down, because they are actually stairs :) The beds have an comportment that you can close to have more privacy. You have two places to charge you phone/headphones/power bank, one is in your bed and the other is inside your locker. They give you a towel and a crosshead which is included. The hostel is in an amazing location, city center.

Very close to Rotterdam Centraal, like 5 minutes to walk. Reception 24/7, an open space kitchen with fridge, free coffee and what you basically need in a kitchen, very pleasant music and atmosphere, excellent location

Can’t say anything

This is the best hostel I’ve ever stayed. I was there the second time and it was perfect again. Clean, cozy, warm, center location (100 m from Rotterdam central). Common zone is so cozy and nice. Kitchen - absolutely clean. Free coffee before 11 am. I love everything in this place and will definitely stay there again. New electronic keys are amazing. Shower and toilet in the room are new. In 8 beds room we have two own toilets and 2 showers.

I stayed in a 6 bed room, and there is one bathroom in the room. On the corridor there is one toilet, but no shower, so you have to wait if you want to use the shower and another guest is using it.

Compared to other hostels, there is a feeling of private space. The location is good, 5 minutes walk from the central station. A towel is provided.

The beds are comfy and have a level of privacy. I didn't feel like I was sharing the room with other 11 people. There is a bathroom and showers in the room. The location is close to the bus and train stations, about 12 minutes by walk.

I booked the wrong dates for my stay but Thania, who was the receptionist on duty, helped me resolve the issue swiftly. The room was comfortable and the hostel itself located close to restaurants and pubs.

Luggage storage was convenient. Property is centrally located and within walking distance from Rotterdam central station. Common area has a lively atmosphere with the shared kitchen.

I really loved the location, the hostel was located in Chinatown and there were a lot of great food nearby. Loved everything in the hostel, the bed was very comfortable, showers and toilets were clean. The reception area was nice to sit and chill, they also provided free coffee/tea in the morning. Would come back here to stay again.

Great location near the Central Station and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, and dorm room layout which gave a decent level privacy. Good kitchen and common spaces which were functional and had character.

Bathroom has little space between sink and glass shower wall to barely enable you to take a seat on the toilet.

The hostel location is great as it is very close to the railway station and next to some of the city's places to go out. We booked a two person private room and it was really clean and comfortable. Hostel was renovated and had great kitchen facility if you wanted to use it. Free breakfast was there for us, so that was a nice surprise!

It was a bit dirty in some places in a room. There was a lot of dust on the floor in the corners and on surfaces. In a shower there was also some unpleasant stains.

The location is perfect, 5min from central station. The building itself is nice, an authentic dutch house with stiff stairs and high celling. I like the type of beds in this hostel, it gives a lot of privacy and even if you’re in a 8 people dormitory room - it doesn’t feel as much crowded there. Coffee in the kitchen was good. Stuff is very friendly and helpful.

Nice interior design , clean common spaces and dormitories . Most of the staff was quite friendly. They offer the most basics things, a towel and soup in the bathrooms.
