The welcome we received was a bit confusing and we didn't quite understand that the host wanted to upgrade us. First it seemed like he wasn't aware that we were coming. This made us very skeptical and suspicious of his intentions. In the end we figured everything out and we were happy with the upgrade.

We got upgraded to a different hut with bathroom. The hut had a beautiful view of the fjord and was clean and in general good condition of what you would expect from a hut. There was plenty of space and a decent kitchen with everything we needed.

Window curtains were a bit thin and let in some light at night.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Very clean. Good mattresses (we had one of the cabins). Great views. Convenient walk to a good pizza place and the grocery store.

The room was quite small even though I was on my own. The price is higher when compared to other similar places I stayed around Norway. The credit card machine, which was a handheld thing didn't work, so I had to pay cash, which was the first time my card hasn't worked.

Stayed in a room with private bathroom. Very close to the ferry, and I could see the ferry come and go from the room, which was nice. The bed was comfortable and owners very friendly.

Great host, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and places to visit. We had a very short visit passing through but thank you for the great hospitality. We were recommended some great local hikes but did not have time this time unfortunately.

Currently food is not available. The facility is centrally located to public transportation and food options. The owner/inn keeper is friendly and helpful.

The place was a bit crowded... and it was difficult to stay outside because of rainy weather. The space was limited in rooms and kitchen ... but everything was as described on the Booking site

The host was very kind and made suggestions for next points of interest from our journey and to make our stay more pleasant The location was very convenient for traveling (on E13 road and close to the ferry) I am sure the place would look much better in a sunny day

Not really anything since we were well informed about everything (the location, shared bathroom, small kitchen net in the room, etc.).

Good location, friendly staff, has all the necessary things to stay for a couple of days, except the private bathroom, but since we knew about it, it wasn't a problem at all, and the toilet/shower was very close and clean. Good value for money!

Excellent price / performance ratio. Very nice and accommodating owners. Despite the fact that the hostel is located in the middle of the development, you have a feeling of considerable privacy. Excellent location on the famous road number 13.

Its a simple camp site, but good value for money, so not much to add.

Nice location at the lake, and friendly host who offered possibility to upgrade to a bigger cabin with more rooms, which was more suitable to stay with 3 Kids. This cabin had great views on the lake ( the one with the 3 bedrooms). House was very clean. Beds were good!
