Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NepalCleanliness should be taken more seriously as there were dusts everywhere. Most importantly, a simple request was made for a child meal but that was still denied because of no oats in the kitchen as we were told and that is something which you wouldn’t expect from a Hotel.

IndiaParking space, the property should mention limited parking space instead of free parking. Limited breakfast option.
The stay was good, but the parking is a big issue at the property. Only 2 cars can be parked max, I guess all the hotels in the vicinity have the same issue since the area is centrally located & is a major tourist place.

SwitzerlandI stayed there during Tihali and there was all 3 nights very loud music from the nearby club. Especially the bathroom would need some renovation. There was never hot shower when I tried.
I got an upgrade to a very spacious and bright room with windows to the garden, thank you. The previous room was very dark because of only one window facing next houses wall. Good Wi-Fi. Friendly hosts. Good breakfast.
