The location is great, literally a three minute drive from the airport (it would also be walkable if you did not have heavy luggage). The hotel will arrange a van to take you to the airport too. The room was comfortable enough and very spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We booked the hotel for its proximity to the airport and also the Pashupatinath Temple at walking distance. The staff was very friendly and available and the food we tried (Nepali dishes) was excellent. We had a comfortable stay for one night and could easily reach the airport in few minutes with a free hotel shuttle.

The only downside was the price of the room. It’s a bit on the upside compared to other similar hotels.

Hotel unable to process card payment due to the machine not working. Had to pay cash. Was troublesome and does not auger well for a Hotel providing accommodation for.business purposes.

Sushil the front desk manager and was extremely helpful. My flight was late in the evening and the hotel’s shuttle was no longer running. Sushil was kind enough to pay my taxi fair to the airport as I had no local currency.

The staff was very good. They were really helpful. A week after my stay, I was in Kathmandu just for the day and they remembered me and were helpful even thought I was not staying the night in Kathmandu. Walking distance from the airport, I would stay there again.

There were dirty dishes on the floor outside my room when I arrived and still there when I checked out.

It's a short walk to the airport. Clean room. The staff were there to let me in at 2am.

Hotel pick-up was part of the stay according to Booking.com but we were asked to pay for it.

Breakfast was good though there was not much choice. Location was good as it was near the airport and we were travelling the next day

1) Within an hour of me arriving there, the WiFi stopped working!! Rest of the night there was no WiFi and I was in a very uncomfortable situation as there were people waiting to know my whereabouts. I had to stay up late at night and keep requesting the reception for help. I booked this hotel just because I had an early flight next morning and the hotel happens to be located quite close to the international airport. However, without any access to internet my stay was quite unpleasant and stressful. 2) While checking out in the morning, the receptionist informed me that they cannot accept card payment as their WiFi still did not work!! He then drove me on his bike to the nearest ATM so that I could withdraw cash! Cash withdrawal costed me an extra 500 NPR and I demanded that the hotel should pay for my taxi because on top of all that I was getting late for my flight. The receptionist arranged a taxi for me at the end but the entire experience left me traumatized.

Large room with plenty of space to keep luggage. Food was delivered in the room and tasted okay. The receptionist tried to minimize my suffering by giving his phone for short period at night to use hotspot and I managed to at least alert my family that way.

Not at the standard I would expect for the full price cost. The card machine was not working on checkout (despite trying 3 different cards) so I had to pay cash, and it was fortunate I had enough US dollars in cash.

Very convenient location for the airport. I chose it as a "business" hotel I hoped it would be of good business standard but it was a standard Nepal hotel and not a business hotel at all. I got a deal on the hotel price, and the standards equated to the amount I paid, but if I had paid the full quoted rate I would have been disappointed. I have stayed in nicer hotels in Kathmandu for a lesser price. Still, the room was clean and for an overnight stay was OK, location was very convenient for the airport and the reception staff were helpful and polite.
