The location of the hotel was ideal. Near the lake and the market. Was wonderful start to our base camp trek and the return as well. The beds were comfortable, staff friendly and the bathroom clean. The water was hot which was perfect after the days in the mountain. The spa was very good as well.

Location was just off the main street so was quite. Pool was lovely, staff friendly and room (suite) was beautiful. Great size, nice view of pool and mountains. Comfortable bed and great hot shower. Bar had a good selection of drinks and breakfast had a good variety. Will stay her again when in Pokhara.

The noise around the pool: many kids families and customers who speak loud and shout hence we put 8 /10. I believe it’s up to the hotel staff to ask politely to guest to tune down their volume. It’s a hotel not a private villa. We understand there are cultural differences and we may not be used to this… but it is not appropriate if you’re meant to welcome people from everywhere. Especially as we could hear from our room terrace as well.

Check in took 30 mins with my room not ready at 1500. I was post Trek and all I wanted was a shower! My key card for room stopped working and took an hour, many phone calls and trips to reception to fix. Staff/service not up to scratch for price point.

The grounds were lovely and the rooms were well fitted out. Great location. Breakfast spread very good, with egg chef and plenty of variety for coeliac.

Food. We ordered Meze which was stale and my husband was really sick at night. The travel desk was no good. Mr Dilip whose number was given to us did not answer/ return our call. He said he was on leave! Though our package included one way transfer from the airport, there was no communication in this regard and we made our own arrangements .

Standard of the hotel did not match with the price. We were asked to grade down to deluxe from super deluxe in the middle of our stay which was very unusual and ruined our stay as we felt we were less prioritised. I am very sure that there are many other better hotels who can do better in this price range.
