Very unprofessional staffs for a 4 star hotel. Below average food and bad service at the restaurant.

It is in a very noisy neighborhood. Rooms are not properly sealed so all noise comes in. Room wasn’t very clean or tidy. Kettle didn’t work. Bathroom shower was malfunctioning. Poor maintenance all around.

Its only redeeming feature is proximity to Kathmandu airport. Just 5 mins walk.

The staff was very welcoming and put me in a room as soon as I arrived at 8 AM. I ate at the restaurant twice and both the service and food were excellent: best chicken soup ever!

Advertised as 4 star but hotel itself is 3star. But just like normal cheap hostel . Very dirty and unprofessional service.

The receptionist from the morning shift scammed me. I asked for a taxi to make sure I won't be overcharged and the male receptionist started to convince me to hire a guide which will take me to the Buddha Stupa and drive me back. I kindly refused several times but he kept insisting. I already checked out and stored my luggage in the reception so I found myself in a trapped situation. So finally he called someone who in his turn was also convincing me to guide me and drive back. I refused again. The taxi driver tried to act nice but when we arrived he asked for 2000 rupees which is an insane amount of money(the normal fare should be around 400) I didn't have another option but to pay as they had my luggage and computer. Such a shameful and disgusting behaviour to try to squeeze your guests.

The only thing that was worth staying there was the location. After arriving at 1AM it was the perfect option to just walk a few steps from the terminal building and sleep there

-no hot water in the shower, no shower box, dirty, no sound proof I could hear everything that was happening outside my room, both in the streets and in the hotel. Poor structural planning, location not intuitive at all, poor breakfast, mice in the restaurant, energy plugs didn’t work, little English spoken

Worn out furniture. Everything looks aged. One of the reception guys ordered a taxi for me and said he talked to the driver to get me a good price which turned out not true. I was overcharged for my ride. Breakfast is very limited.

I was travelling to another country I need to stay near to airport which is perfect location to stay if you have to catch flight early morning or late night. Near by there is many restaurants and spa.

The room was huge and clean but the hallways were not. The carpet was dirty and smelly.

Quick and easy to the hotel. We were just staying overnight to catch a flight. There are several great little restaurants serving great Nepali food on the same strip. Also - breakfast in the morning was OK

Great location if you want to stay overnight after the flight and before your next journey. Walking distance to and from the airport. 24 hours check-in and check-out. Super comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom. 24 hours restaurant and room service made our stay convenient as we checked in after midnight. Highly recommended hotel if you are not planning to stay in Kathmandu for a long time

NOT in the airport. You have to run the gauntlet of cabbies to get to it. A bit noisy.
