The only issue was on departure the owner was quite persistent in selling us the “best bus” for our onward journey. I asked him several times about the condition of the bus and he ensured me it was modern, comfortable and best option. On arrival, I realised this was not true.

Location was great, short walk to centre/National park. Kitchen staff were extremely accommodating and woke up early every day to make us breakfast during Ramadan. Which was very kind. Rooms are simple but comfortable with hot water. Good value for money.

The toilets (shared bathroom) were a little dire. No hot water in the shower, but it's like this most places in Chitwan.

Nice and basic, wifi worked well, and the staff were friendly and kind. A little noisy! (From other guests) But I guess that's why this place is cheaper than most in Sauraha.

The staff were so so lovely, and offered to organise safaris for us. They also organised a bus to pokhara for us. This was an awesome place to stay, really felt like we were in the jungle but with pretty good facilities at a good price. Wild elephants and rhinos also sometimes walk on the street at night.

The dining room was dark and not very inviting. This is a shame as the food was good.

The room was comfortable and the garden was beautiful. The staff were friendly. Shambu is an excellent guide and is very knowledgeable.

At first night the shower water was cold but they fixed it at second night At first, they told me the pickup service is free But last night they told me if you don't buy a bus ticket from us with extra charges, you should go to the station by walk!! So I had to pay for both That was a funny policy 😂😂

The staff were so nice and friendly, the room was clean, the location was perfect,the hotel tours were nice but more expensive than city agencies,the bus station pick up and drop up services had cost extra charges and were with motorcycle, also they booked a tourist bus ticket for me plus extra money ! 😁 by the way, I liked the place and recommend it to my friends

The only thing I did not like so much was that next to my room there was a youth hostel/ Nepalese student place and they played really loud music every evening. This is, of course, not the hosts fault but I still want to point out that the evenings in a cute hut might not be as quiet as expected...

I did a one day Safari Tour with Basu and Kumar. I was the only one and had to really nice guides, I always felt safe and also did not have to escape any animals :D. Basu and Kumar told me a lot about the birds, crocodiles, elefants and rhinos we saw. I was very happy to see four rhinos and one was very close! Everybody was super helpful, it was a wonderful place in nature, I also got picked up for free at the bus stop. The place is also quite cute, I liked my little hut and the garden. I had very nice vegetable noodles in the restaurant.

It’s fine, for the price.

Nice staff, great location, easy to find. Terrific price. Food was delicious. Arranged a two hour canoe ride with an expert bird guide for me, with a long walk along the river and in the forest. My favorite experience in Chitwan.

Everything. Location, staff, room were all amazing. Room was clean and had mosquito nets. Food was good but cheaper outside the accommodation. Lovely garden to relax in. It's chill and just off the road. Would definitely recommend

Lumpy duvet, hard and lumpy pillow, so generally uncomfortable. Might be more comfy in the other rooms though as we booked the budget double (twin). Budget rooms have shared toilets (one sit annd one squat) and shower (which only runs cold water). Very much a safari camp feel, so expect lots of bugs. Toilet building needs cleaning better, to remove cobwebs etc.

Beautiful garden area with tables in the middle, and lounge chairs outside the rooms. Ease of organising safari tours. Friendly staff. Good food and menu selection (you just need to order a few hours in advance so they can get the ingredients in if they don't have already). Mosquito net above bed, and bug filters in the windows. Close to elephant conservation site and short 5 min walk to sunset point. Was allowed to use hot shower in private room when I first arrived as no one was staying there. Would recommend booking a room with en suite bathroom if your budget allows, was a much nicer room (and good to have a hot shower!) Manager took me for a walk the first evening to introduce me to the elephants which was a great experience!
