Great location in a quiet area (which can be hard to get to!) with a great view in the restaurant on the 5th floor very nice with lots of great options nearby for dining. The room was comfortable and clean. There was a fridge and kettle which was useful. The staff were really helpful! The hotel is a good option, being close to the airport.

The room was immaculate—spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could ask for. The bed was very comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure a relaxing stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, is the service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. It was clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated—very close to Pashupatinath Temple and Kathmandu Airport. In short, it’s the kind of place that makes you want to return again and again.

SlovakiaLack of hot water, but I think this might be typical for Nepal. Location is close to the airport, which is nice, however far from the centre. Could hear some sounds early morning, so not the best insulation, however in a very quiet area.
Very nice personnel, especially Bhawani, who helped with with everything I needed , Nice food in the restaurant, and got a free room upgrade. The hosts spoke very good English, which was pleasant for me and also very easy. Everyone was helpful. I will definitely book again. Good value.

5 stars service ***** The moment I arrived at the hotel, one of the security guards was so nice to approach and to offer appropriate assistance. The staff offered complimentary access to facilities including fabulous executive lounge and bars. The room was cleaned, and elegantly decorated just like any other star hotels. Whether you stay solo or family, you love it for sure! I can’t wait to come back to this beautiful hotel. Thank you guys!
