    1. No heater in the room, which could be pretty cold at night

    1. Friendly owner who is very passionate and proud of his home with its organic farm 2. Only less than 10 minutes walk to the Sarangkot Viewpoint to watch the sunrise 3. Beautiful views of the hills and valley across the cottage and part of the Annapurna range from the unique circular outdoor dining deck 4. In the three months I’ve been in Nepal, my stay at Dulcify Cottage was a highlight. The cottage overlooks Pokhara and has stunning views of Annapurna and Fishtail, and is only a short walk from the sunrise viewpoint. I was well taken care of and every meal was fresh, organic, home grown and delicious! There’s a balcony where you can look at the view whilst you eat and enjoy the sun. It was really interesting to get a tour of the farm, see the beehives and meet the horse too. In addition, the paragliding fly off point is close by and good fun! I’m very touched to have been treated as a friend as well as a guest and I hope I can visit again.

The power socket wasn’t working but it didn’t make a difference to my stay.

I was impressed by the the family run hotel. They provided the food from their garden.

Organic Farm Stay with a nice family and Lake Views. The hospitality part still to be developed.

It's at the moment mainly a farm with the family running also the hotel. They also had to let go a lot of staff due to the climate situation. So it's only the family. They have to attend to so many things, including their children, that I found it sometimes difficult when I had made a requests (for example for a soap in the bathroom) several times and they forgot about it.

Dulcify is an organic farm run by a very nice family. It has also eleven rooms for guests. It's very quiet and peaceful, and the rooms are very intelligently arranged for Lake View and partial mountain view. If one morning it's clear (rather exception than the norm in our times of climate change), you can easily get to "the other side" of Sarankot hill. The best is with one of the two horses of the farm, they will take you right to the viewpoint! Beds very very comfortable. The owner is very well networked across Sarankot; he can arrange you paragliding or the steep slope etc.
