The entrance doesn’t later ok appealing due to construction work, but as soon as you’re on the 2nd floor at the reception you’re welcomed as a VIP. Super friendly and professional staff, I really felt cherished as a guest.

The breakfast is not amazing, but the service is fantastic and they will cook to order. The breakfast is certainly adequate for the price. The location is so close to town that you can just walk to breakfast. The location of the breakfast area is charming.

I would love to stay here again! Our room was amazing, with a private balcony overlooking the river and the animals. Sometimes the rhino even wanders on to the grounds. The manager is very helpful and I cannot thank him enough for making this such a memorable experience. Staying here is perfect for a great tip to Chitwan. The location being so close to the town is perfect.

I had a room directly overlooking the lake, so beautiful! The bed was really comfortable, nice plus with amenities such as water kettle and tea. The staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Was very easy to organize a sunrise trip to Sarangkot and the receptionist even got up at 4.30 am to make sure I catch the bus to the cable car. Thank you!

Power cuts.

I recommend lake view rooms. Street facing rooms could be very noisy. My room had balcony with uninterrupted view of the lake, smart telly in the rooms .Hotel needs a good renovation. I had very comfortable stay. When I first arrived I had no fridge in the room but it’s been immediately replaced. Staff is helpful. Location is perfect. Breakfast is adequate. In room dining is very reasonable.

What did I like? Everything! Those views were stunning. Superb! I went all the way to Sarangkot and couldn't watch the Annapurna range, next day I watched it from my hotel balcony. Oh yes, you kust take the balcony facing the lake. Mr Durga was a great help. I was out of my ideas and he willingly came to help and arranged me a very cheap package to spend the day. Wow! I had so much fun. So many shops and restaurants. Thakali Jindabad. You can go walk by the lake or view it from the room. Coming soon again. Thanks!🙏🙏🙏

I booked a lake view room and didn't get what I paid for. The view was still okay, but I would have liked to view the lake and not the city.

There wasn't anything not to like...

A very Nice Private Balcony and Beautiful lake view, Bed was Big and Comfortable... if you travel alone like me....Televison Service is very good with all the availabe streaming services like(netflix,youtube and amazon etc) so u wont get bore or just look out the window for a great lake view and great sunset view aswell Enough Towels in the Room which is always good . Loved the big room i think this hotel has the biggest room with such good price in whole Pokhara..Staffs were very helpful and friendly A very Good value Room...Excellent bathroom and very very clean.

The water in the shower never got hot enough for my preference, but it was at least lukewarm and not cold.

Location was great, breakfast was great but the best part was that the staff were very helpful and friendly. They contacted me after we left as I left a book in the room and were willing to help figure out how they could pass it back to me. The cleaning staff also returned my husband's airpods which he left there accidentally (we were q forgetful this trip!!) The hotel itself is basic, and there is not much except the rooms and eating area but the rooms are spacious and comfortable and we had a great lake view. A pleasant stay.

Some rooms still lack a refrigerator.

It’s hard to think of a better location in Pokhara. On top that, some of the spacious rooms at this property come with balcony and unhindered panoramic views of the Fewa Lake and mountains. The staff and management are extremely welcoming and caring. Hope to be back soon!

The staff gave us a city view room though we booked a lake view, we asked for a change and were given a lake view but on lower floors.
