Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

And let's not forget about the delicious food! IndiaElectricity goes off at night and they dont switch on the generators until you go down stairs and complain. There was no water on first day of my stay of five days. Rest of the days water came but it was dirty.

NepalRight next to a club which opens until the morning, the problem is that you can hear and feel the bass when you are in bed. The room's were not clean as it should have been.
Size of the room. Some room equipment were not working properly but the helpful and friendly staff appolise and fixed it asap when told.

South AfricaThe furniture in the living area could be updated/mote comfortable, the bathrooms could be updated, the lift needs looking into as it's now also used as both a service and access lift for hotel guests, the restaurant on the top floor as well as staff/delivery people.
In a very convenient location, the staff are helpful and friendly, the place is a bit "tired" but the beds are comfortable and the place is remarkably quiet/peaceful considering it's location.
