IndiaIt's a new property & one that is very well maintained as well. There were certain issues with Electricity at the property as there were power outages in the entire district but the generator served us well & the property manager - Sazal was extremely cooperative & helpful in every way, whether it was for providing taxi services, foreign exchange or any inconveniences experienced, all the problems were solved at an expedited rate & I will be happy to revisit this hotel when I'm back in Nepal.

United StatesBecause the hotel is still being finished, it was quite dusty. This will likely change once it is completed.
The Gulmohar is brand new. In fact it isn't quite complete yet. As a result it is a bit dusty. The room was large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. It really was a nice place to stay. Because the hotel is so new, it isn't known and there were very few others staying there. As a result it was a bit empty. However, I was also there in the off season. Breakfast each day was really very good. The food came hot and well made. I ate dinner at the hotel one night. The meal was very good.

BangladeshVery very dirty entire hotel, they don’t have TV channel connection available, very dirty bathroom and bathroom fittings need to be replaced even we can’t not shut the bathroom door. The Swimming poor was very dirty. In fact we didn’t get any professional services from the Hotel.
