    no complains

The room was clean with everything what you might need. It was possible to adjust breakfast time, because we were leaving really early for a trip. Also Guru (the owner) helped us a lot with our trip, when we had an issue with our guide, who got sick on the last minute. He did not need to do it, but we really appreciated the help, it helped us to decide what to do

We booked the mountain view room, where the picture shows the Himalayas and I extra asked on chat whether the room offers view of Annapurna range. Despite the photo and confirmation our room was on the opposite side and looked at the small, bushy hills. Unfortunately the view was the main decision factor for hotel selection, thus it was a pity not to have the promised view.

Kind owner, very clean hotel, comfortable beds. Little garden to enjoy breakfast outside. They prepared us early warm breakfast, as our bus was leaving early. They could arrange the bus ticket to Chitwan.

Hotel Guru is an excellent place to stay. The room is very comfortable, great wifi, good value and a lovely breakfast. The staff are very caring and Guru the owner is very helpful. It’s an easy couple of minutes walk to the main areas. The thing I especially like about the stay is that it’s very quiet for sleep at night and is not on a busy road. I would highly recommend a stay here!!

    We have no complaints

Guru and his family were really welcoming, and Guru sat and chatted with us when we sat down for breakfast. Make sure to ask for breakfast options, which include omelette, toast, yoghurt, fruit, and sausages. We found the beds to be very soft and comfortable with nice smelling towels. The hotel is a 10 min bimble to the lakeside and taxi rank.

I had such a good stay at Hotel Guru that I extended by two nights. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big with a hot shower. Good AC and fan system too. Very tasty breakfast, with Guru kindly asking me if I wanted any other options. I felt well looked after the whole time.

Hotel Guru is a wonderful hotel in Pokhara. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, well appointed and the service is excellent. It has a clean modern bathroom with a curtain/glass inclosed shower with plenty of hot water. The refrigerator and balcony are added pluses. They serve a great large breakfast inside or in the garden. The owner, Guru, is determined to make your stay enjoyable. He arranged my transport to Ghandunk and when I returned then to Besisahar also. This family owned hotel will certainly meet your needs as a great place to stay in Pokhara. As a avid traveler and I've been to Pokhara many times, this has been the best hotel I've stayed. Highly recommend.

    I like everything.

Hotel Guru is one of the best places I've stayed at in Pokhara. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable balcony. It has everything needed even for a long stay. Excellent Wi-Fi, a small refrigerator, and a kettle, along with convenient closets, make it feel like home. The hotel is managed by wonderful, attentive, and responsive people who are pleasant to talk to and whom you can rely on for many issues. The hotel is located close to, but slightly away from, the bustling waterfront, so you can enjoy both the city's atmosphere and some seclusion. There are small shops, restaurants, and hair salons nearby. Next time, I will definitely stay here again.

The friendliness of the staff. The room was clean and suited our small group for the stay. The staff were very accommodating and were able to store our luggage for us when we stayed at the Australian camp for one night. They were even able to provide us with a room for one day during the day so we could take a nap and shower.
