Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesIt was a good experience staying at Thamel Grand Hotel. The staff were very friendly. I had to leave early in the morning, and they packed breakfast box for me to take on the road. They have provided breakfast. The location was good to walk around town and east access to everything. Couples of things to consider, 1) no elevator for big luggage to 2nd or 3rd floor. 2) When shower, the bathroom becomes very wet be ware of toilet paper also get wet.

United KingdomThe toilet seat needed replacing and the view from the balcony was very poor. I was there for 6 nights but my room wasn't cleaned.
All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the lovely welcome drink and the lovely girl on reception, Karuna, made me welcome straight away and talked me through the best things to see in the area. Every day karuna and the other lovely boy at reception advised me well on where to go and how to get there. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is close to all the shops, bars and restaurants in Thamel. The breakfast each morning at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious!

United KingdomSome elements of the room are quite basic, but it's a budget hotel so that'a to be expected. The sheets had stains on, and it took 5-10 mins to get hot water from shower. These weren't massive issues though and I still would recommend the place overall.
Good location on the edge of Thamel and near the tourist bus area. The staff are super nice, friendly and helpful - that's the best thing about the place imo! Good value for money for the area. Would recommend for a good value budget stay.

IndiaHotel was G+5 Building and the worst part was being such a attractive property they don't have lift. That was the biggest Minus point of the Property. Otherwise everything was perfect and up-to-date.
I liked The Hospitality of Staff. Manager Buddha was super Helpful from Booking Car for sightseeing to assisting for local market. They were very Welcoming and gave welcoming drink as well. The most amazing thing about this property was their Restaurant cum cafe which served Delicious Breakfast and evening the vibe was amazing with packed guest. Location was good as well. I would definitely recommend this property to Everyone.
