Fantastic experience! The receptionist guy ayyush was happily welcoming and attentive to all my needs throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of trekking. This hotel includes the garden restaurant and rooftop sitting tables, were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in thamel

The staff was just amazing, we loved every single one of them! They were incredibly nice and helpful at any time of the day (or night 😅) We had a room with a private balcony overlooking the town. And we couldn’t have wished for a better stay 🙂 we are certainly coming back 😊

The lack of lifts was a bit annoying, being on one of the upper floors, but luckily the staff assisted in getting my bags up and down.

The breakfast at the front of the hotel was fantastic and great value for money.

I don't feel good to point out negative things but when my kids were sleeping at night, some drunk women and men were shouting very badly in the hotel's garden.

The receptionist Buddha Limbu was very helpful and friendly. He offered us a deluxe family room with a private balcony on a higher floor. But there's no elevator. We chose to stay on the first floor. Had to adjust four of my family members including my little girls, my wife and myself in one room with only three single beds.

Everything was great. Cool room, nice bathroom. Staff were amazing. Different people have different opinions. But I loved to stay in the hotel. Hot shower was just great. You need to ask the staff for any assistance you need.

The staff are so friendly and professional. Mr. Buddha and Ms. Karuna were more like my close friends. I liked the room, and loved to walk upstairs as there is no elevator though. The breakfast was fine. I would recommend this place to extrovert travellers.

It was very pleasant staying with great cheerful staff of Thamel Grand Hotel. The hotel's front desk office staff Buddha and karuna were really helpful and enthusiastic person. My wife and I had a very wonderful sight seeing/city day tour organized by the hotel's manager. The guide and Pramit was perfect who drove and explained about the historical places we visited around Kathmandu valley.

Room lock system could be better.

I like everything except one thing that one needs to use upstairs instead of elevator which is good as a physical exercise though. The hotel Staff are really amazing in their job. The receptionists Buddha and Karuna are the best. They agreed to change my pre booked one staying dates. I am coming back to stay again with you.
